Shuttering, traverse are rarely used. Most people just use the white gridflex with the occasional red and yellow ones but not many. If you buy these there's a little spring in the prop head that will eventually fail but they're small and easily replaced. Takes about 45 seconds to replace them but they last a long time.
I built thousands of decks with Peri Skydeck in Chicago and I never thought a deck system will ever beat the Skydeck. Especially in the straight field. Damn we flew!!! Fast as hell and I did notice that there just was alot of pieces. We referred to the little joists as standards and lord it seemed like there was a million of them but the new system took care of that by making basically a rectangle joist panel. Very smart. I was always told in Chicago that Peri was a German invention and company and If you look at my name you'll see why my father spoke fluent German. Lol
There's no lateral supports which are common to the older scaffold systems. I wonder how much weight this system can actually take. Also what about high ceilings 5m and over?

After a certain amount of time and holes they will probably throw it away. But they seem to last a long time. It takes a lot of holes to destroy it and it usually gets damaged before it gets that old.
And who nails plywood into their tools? After a few installations you have holes all in your expensive form braces? This is a neat idea, but a horrible invention. Plywood is faster, cheaper, and doesnt need to be stored between pours. Congrats, you managed to redesign the 4'X8' sheet.. poorly..

Khalid Alawi when stripping it and using it for other floors the corners would get bent and would cause the heads of the poles to not lock in properly and we used the peri multi prop system for the rest of the job which was much faster and stronger
I can see a problem straight away anybody else - lets see it stripped in a real pour situation if it was that easy -you guys are millionaires -good luck
This is used in 60 countries around the world for probably 2 decades and works FINE. Once you understand how the props work it's a simple reverse of how it goes up. Probably using PEP 20-350 props.
Boy, I'm not very impressed. It just seems to me a little what I call minimal. When I'm pouring a deck I want to feel over safe. Many years ago we were pouring 2nd floor outside walkways and we were short about 12' of scaffold shoring. We used B decking with wood shoring to fill that in. When we were pouring some of the shoring gave way and it dropped, we didn't go down but to this day I can still remember what that felt like.
Only really need 4 parts, white panel, prop, prop head and tripod every so many bays. Yellow and red infill panels can be replaced by timber 100mm LVL around columns etc from white panel to panel.
works better on a completely flat surface. i love this system
Thank you so much for posting . Respect from Vietnam !

Now that i like it. Much easier than the Peri i use to work with. I think they was from the WWII era. I Ireland they are still in use today!

Very impressive
Pritish, can I use part of this content to show this system and explain why I believe this system is superior?
Its all nice fast ect.. but hiw much preshure it can hold? Can this stand with 50cm thik full concrete slab?
Will it be safe for slab over 600mm thickness like solid deck slab
using this system right now
I have so much experience with this system it’s good and quick but You still need to use the traditional frames for the beams
Price..???
Please
Dear sir Rply me my email address Sanjay2013.sc45@gmail.com.. I need to talk with you about this
Mohamad Jbara Then a question! What you do with the screws, just tear them off, destroying surface of the elements?!?!
@@GEK69NY we usually use 2 inch nails instead of screws so it's easy for stripping
Mohamad Jbara 👌 got it!
MAN THE COMPANY I HAVE BEEN WORKING FOR is using frames and 4x6's purchased in fucking 1980 lol... i have dreams of using this right here
So this formwork is only available for a flat slab structure right? What about RC structure with beam?

Can i order a set of this for a small construction or a house building project use?
I dont like that you nail directly into them. Should have a slot for wood that you can replace
Applies to Post-Tension?
verygood!
What is the cost and how many days required to supply, after finalise the purchase order.

When you use nails REALLY don't use twist shank nails. Use BASIC straight nails. You'll thank me later.

At around 4:00 mins the plywood is being nailed down, how are these sheets removed?

And if you watch the end it takes several hours to put up 4 or 6 pieces. Hardly a time savings, and clearly more expensive than plywood.
I think it is only suitable for flat slab type buildings and concrete walls
👍
What is price........

Used this system for 7 floors and it took forever and just caused injuries and took a lot of damage in a short time would not recommend it
