Step 1 (Notice):
Once you've identified what you'd like to look at,
notice how it shows up in your awareness:
what words, pictures, and energies are there?
Once you've taken note of how the triggering situation or person
(i.e., whatever is "triggering" your suffering) shows up in your direct experience,
start by turning towards the strongest words or pictures...
Let them play out
while witnessing them nonjudgmentally
from awareness.
Step 2 (Rest):
Next, you'll want to rest with whatever words or pictures you are observing or hearing.
To "rest" with words or a picture
means to do nothing
but see it
and let it be there for a while.
Don’t take your attention off of it.
It can also help to notice the peripheral space around words or pictures.
To notice the peripheral space, open your awareness to include seeing the space
all around the words or picture
while simultaneously continuing to look at the words or pictures.
Step 3 (Ask):
In Step 3, ask yourself,
"Is there any emotion or sensation stuck to this thought?"
Step 4 (Tap):
The next step is to tap with two fingers,
for several seconds, in the center of your forehead,
right above the bridge of the nose.
While tapping,
pay attention only to the tapping,
not to the words or pictures.
Step 5 (Breathe):
Step 5 is very simple-
just take a long, slow deep breath.
Step 6 (Feel):
Once you have taken a deep breath,
bring your attention directly into whatever emotion or sensation you experience in your body.
Then, feel into the emotion or sensation without any words or images on it.
Stay with that emotion or sensation, and notice the peripheral space around it.
Then, see if you can make that energy stay exactly as it is just by feeling it.
"Why make it stay?" you might ask. Well, emotions and sensations feel stuck
because we resist them. Trying to make them stay by feeling them without thoughts
reverses that resistance, often leading the emotion or sensation to dissolve.
Please take your time when feeling bodily energies and making them stay,
as they may take a while to dissolve this way.
Keep feeling the emotion or sensation until it vanishes completely...
Also, here are 13 gentle and urgent reminders from your soul:
1. You're ALWAYS exactly where you are supposed to be
2. Self-esteem is measured by you (nobody else gets to decide your worth)
3. Get rid of fear: FOREVER

Maybe I am just too evolved, but I don't believe there is miscommunication or mixed signals when it comes to what males are putting out there. For the most part males are definitive. I think the missing link is in how the female is led to believe otherwise due to her own misinterpretation or desire and need in what she wants. This is why it is so important to have Gods discernment and listening ears and open eyes to know what the man is about. He may not speak it verbatim but he is always showing his intention.

The lord did not bring you here to be confused my dear. Tell him you are confused about your dynamic and it causes you a lot of pain . And then BE SILENT and let the lord do his work. If he tries to clarify and reassure and you then maybe you can let him talk some more. If he comes back with something more confusing you have to dip my dear. “I think I get the picture “ or “okay. I don’t know what to say”. Do not give any more to this man without reassurance or commitment.

Not really. It’s the people who you date. Don’t be scared to switch it up to date out of your race, or a nerd, or a person who has a weird hobby and he doesn’t think any women are interested. Something like that. Broaden your horizons

Everything you say is very true, even for admonishing men. I think this is the problem with society today, the prescription to dating. Just seek God, follow Him and be a full being in yourself and the right one will show up when you are not searching and the Spirit of God will confirm it all, and material things or other things will not matter to you both. All the signs will be there and you both will in sync. Take out all the distractions, and rediscover yourself, become whole again and the rest will follow..... I told him I want to cut connection completely, I’m 44, he is 40.. I don’t have time for this. He is not clear with what he wants. My advice to.women is to lay it all out there from the jump! I tell men from the beginning im not sleeping with anyone unless im in a committed relationship. It helps weed out this kinda bs. We not gonna play this game and i refused to be used or lusted over like im a toy. If you not gonna take time to get to know me move on. And they do. Men want sex and companionship but no effort. No commitment. Nah bruh....not me.

Had this situation recently.. he did so much of the right things like affection, taking initiative, and being attentive or was just so perfect.. we end up having a (big) disagreement and he fell back some but still dealing with me. He wasn't doing things as much as he was before but he was still there.. and after a few weeks he stated telling me he just wants to be friends (no sex) but that didn't last long. He just kept giving me relationship vibes but also (saying) he just wants to be friends.. and I'm such a giver, I just did my best to keep up the energy but it's so much hot and cold idk of he really wants me or not.. just a huge headache smh.. I hate it because i really want to believe that he just had to warm back up to me but this is just sooooo confusing 😕

Oooft at the 9 min mark… i was in a 12.5yr relationship. Helped him level up, once he leveled up his morals & attitude got grimey! With no ring still I left when he asked me why I said “ive explained it every year, you said all the right words to be me to stay but…” then he says “and no action I know. Ive had a ring in my truck for 3months, but dont feel good enough” i did everything to help that man feel good enough, its not up to us.

A broken person will more than likely just end up dragging you down with them. It’s easier to drag down than to lift up. Broken ness is a very dense frequency and unless you are doing constant energy cleansing and keeping your frequency high u will get sucked down. It’s best to stay away from these people. U can give direction (like to a therapists office lol) from a distance.
Stephen is wonderful just wish he had been around so I hadnt wasted 30 yr and yes I grew up on good clean happy ever after movies but also family that had values I miss being held close by someone who loves you my grandparents were the true happy ever after we all dream about
