Fishbone is my favourite leaf stitch because it fills so nicely and creates a natural leaf shape.
I love it too! Especially in a combination with woven roses 🌹

I’m left handed. Is there any reason why I couldn’t perform the stitches by inputting the needle left to right, rather than right to left?
If you are left handed it might be a reason why it’s uncomfortable for you. Try to do watch my videos through the mirror 🪞 it might work!
I’m left handed too. Do what’s comfortable for you. No need for the mirror. I’m sure the stitches will come out the same way. ❤
Also I use "the Left-handed embroiderer’s companion" by Yvette Stanton. It’s a wonderful resource and I use it every time I stitch!
