Keep Jose, if you do think you have to sack hire Phillipe Clement from rangers. He’s a great gaff thats brought rangers back from 7 points behind Celtic. He also mainly signs youngsters and all of them have had a positive impact. He has goood experience with winning trophies during his time in belgium. António Silva would be my option because he is only 19 and is 78 rated with 88 potential, and If you do some good negotiating you could get a good deal and not have to give up players like Fofana who I think has been carrying your defense. Another option would be Josko Gvardiol who yes I know plays for Man City but may not be happy there because he is not getting game time. He is 82 rated with 88 potential. Great video Sid!
Sign a keeper like Guiallime Restes and a cdm like Eduardo Camavinga and then (if you still have money) a CAM like Gibbs-White to be backup to Nkunku

I think that hato the 18 year olf is an amazing signing for the cb position. Hes young good and has a high potential i really recoment him. Or there is Doyle a young cb from Everton he is about 75 rated and is 21 years old. But Hato is a better signing imo

Goncalo Inacio: Fast, and is a wonderkid, and has great potential
Piero Hincapie: All i can say is hes really good i have him in my career mode team
Alessandro Buongiorno: Really amazing also have him in my career mode team and hes also 6'2 can battle in ariel
Mudryks pace is insane but I think a pacey but more technical player on the left is required, I would recommend Federico Chiesa or Kingsley Coman.

For the CB position, I suggest signing Evan Ndicka. He's very physical and only on the bench at Roma. I think if he comes to Chelsea, he could become a world class player

PCQ: Yoro is a really solid option and fits ur budget and you can keep fofana as backup. His rating hay be low but he is a beast in game
the problem here is the left back. if you can pull of the signing of Gonzalo Gutierrez, i think that he can be a big plus in defence and atack providing passes to mudryk, showing his pace down the flank and step up big time in interceptions and tackles. sid content =💯

Sack mourinho and hire someone like Thiago motta, Xabi Alonso, or someone like Michel from Girona, and maybe Inzaghi fro some great attacking football and can get the best of boniface, palmer, and mudyrk basically everyone. Also you should sign a left back like Grimaldo, sign a centre back like tomori or maybe Kounde or acerbi. Try signing maybe a goalkeeper like hradecky or vicario🎉🎉🎉

@S2G if u want a player that can help u crack top 4, Varane is a treat option as a cb. You could keep him for a season or 2 for experience of getting top 4 and just basic ucl experience for next season and then get a new cb in ur 3rd season

You can sign Gvardiol if you have 30 mil. Even if it causes finacial issues, you can sell a bench warmer that you never use but gets you money like Gallagher and get Gvardiol and avoid finacial issues.
Firstly sell Boniface immediately, he has had no improvements for himself and the club whatsoever I mean those two goals are great but that's the only one game he's performed well. Trust sanchez in goal for now. Then, for the striker position buy gyokeres who is balling in liga portugal this season and also if you have some budget buy a proper backup CAM and put palmer at RM cuz madueke is not a great RM though he can be a great backup and also I think you should not fully rely on James sell him to get lewis or other young RBs and also get an experienced premier league player so that the team can have some experience buy james ward prowse or any player like a proper CB with premier league experience for replacing fofana and I hope the best for the series. 💙💙💙

For the CBs I think you could consider Castello Lukeba from RB Leipzig or Leny Yoro from Nice. Both are French Wonderkids for CB position. Also, I think Boniface is not really EPL level, so I think you could think of Mathys Tel from Bayern Munich for ST position. Winger position can also improve, so I recommend Barcola from PSG, and Mudryk can be a decent substitute. Finally, to win lots of games, you need to rotate the squad as 1st team players need time to rest, they can't keep playing and playing everyday. So if you keep using players with like 65% health left, I don't think you can win any games
For a cb, you should sign Hincapie from Leverkusen. He has great potential and would be good for present and future.
You should sign tapsoba he is a rock with great potential with 85 and great strength.
Jonathan Tah from Leverkusen is the best option, good price range, has the winning experince from Leverkusens unbeatable run and can be a captain controlling the defense

Convert Cole Palmer to a CAM and he'll grow in overall and play a 4-5-1 bench Caicedo (backup of Enzo) it would be more attacking too
Unless you have sold him and i havent noticed i believe playing Badiashile is an awesome shout, his aerial ability and his size could make you concede less on set pieces but also win headers on offense. he's not the fastest but his size does make up for that. please consider it cause i believe hes an exciting player with great potential!

Hincapie: He was a very good backup option in my Leverkusen career mode and has the potential
Pau Torres: He has the potential to grow

Put fofana in a swap deal for fikayo tomori as he’s 6”1 strong fast, has good defensive positioning and decent on the ball. Also he knows Chelsea inside out and has a point to prove with Southgate and the premier league
Trust Jose! Edit: Great signing on getting De Zerbi! I recommend getting Bastoni he is a young and decent CB which will bring Stabilty to the backline.
