    Funny, in martial arts, we are always taught, back to basics.......breathing. I feel this would be a valuable warm up exercise not only during practice but also before performing. Sure it may look weird but It's helping focussing and directing energies what would normally just be wasted on nervous fidgeting and thoughts of self doubt.
    Another great video once again.

    Thanks so much for sharing it! This pratices exercises does make a difference when you do it before playing the trumpet! And as I am anxious, this has helped me to breath better when the anxiety is annoying me
