Last Epoch Best Settings for Endgame and to make the game Playable!
Alright so after about 50 hours of testing every possible setting I have finally found the best settings for Last Epoch (specifically endgame monos)
To preface, I am running the game off the internal SSD, and have CryoUtilities installed with the 4 gig ram option on in the bios. I capped the game at 60hz/fps because I always play plugged in but you can try 30 or 40 if that’s your thing.
First, we are going to force the game to run the Linux version. It is honestly way better than using Proton or GE and the frames are higher and drop less.
Only problem is with the Linux version we have no map, so this needs to be added to Launch Options

Skill icons will bug visually sometimes but when you load into an instance they become fine again. A minor price to pay.
In game settings is where it gets weird. Low lags in endgame, but Very Low looks like crap. For some reason, turning the game to Low and then manually dropping all the other settings to Very Low makes the game look better and doesn’t do much to frame rates.
I also enabled Streamer Mode. Apparently it turns off a few minor things and helps frames.

Let me know how this goes for you! I went from choppy 15/20 fps Monoliths to a 30-50fps with a few occasional drops when there are tons of enemies.
Game is still poorly optimized and lags/ stutters here and there, but with these settings it is actually enjoyable for me. Hope this helps someone else!
