Located on the National Seashore. No commercial nor residential construction allowed in that area. Only buildings & cabanas are operated by National Park service.

This beach does not allow dogs. There are 2 dog beaches at Pensacola Beach. 1 near Fort Pickens, and the other is just past Portofino. The parking lots for them are 21.5 and 28.5
