No recipe provided, here's the one I use (they look very similar to this):
1.5 cups flour
1.25 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter (melt first)
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
0.5 tsp salt
1 egg
Makes enough for 1 extremely hungry person or two regular people ;)

Good recipe, word of advice for those who want something "healthier", you can use yogurt instead of butter. It also helps a rookie make a fluffier pancake
How much baking powder would I use in a large batch for around 100 servings? I'm new to working in a restaurant kitchen and its hard to find recipes for things in bulk.

not the amounts foolish child. With his recipe you could use 14 cups of vanilla 3 cups of baking powder and half a teaspoon of flour.
Use any decent recipe. Separate eggs and whip the whites. Do everything else the same and fold in whites as the last step before cooking.
My friend recommended this spot when my wife and I went to NY back in Dec. Their Chicken and Waffles are hands down, the BEST I've ever had. We still talk about them :)

I then add the flour and baking powder mix into the "cream" and fold in stiff peaks whisked egg whites.

A little tipp instead of baking soda throw some sparkling water in it. They get nicely cross and thick. And then instead of cream or other sweet stuff, eat them with a good bolognese sauce. To die for!
