@@janetclaireSays According to him, Samantha set him up. According to Samantha, she set him up and the whole photoshoot was her idea. She wrote about how she arranged it in her book and accepted full responsibility in numerous TV interviews. Mr Markle bragged that he still makes money from it in his Channel 5 documentary.
BUT, lo and behold, people like you can't resist your need to blame Meghan; you are ridiculous.
He seems not to be very trustworthy towards his daughter Meghan
Mr. Markle is a man who made a mistake, he admitted to it and offered to attone for it. There's nothing more he can do. I've said what I believe to be true, but people are going to think what they want. We all do it.
He raised his daughter for years when her mother disappeared. He put her through private schools and college. He did one wrong thing and it is nothing compared with the wrongs Meghan has done to him, to the royals and to the rest of her family.
I think it is the other way round !
Such is life with a family like these that relish money over family.
He is always making excuses for selling the story for the money
So does meghan. She's sold many things for money.
So what? Meghan has done far worse to him, to most of her family, to her ex husband, to the royals, to friends she has used and tossed away. She also spent the past 3 years attacking the Royal Family for money. She has even sold pictures of her children for money.
Jusr like his daughter.
This man looks like he's stressed and has health issues. He can barely open his eyes. Why does he make the effort to go on talk shows to badmouth his daughter?
Following a heart attack, Thomas Markle Sr is recovering from a stroke. He's had to learn to speak again. I believe he did interviews to set his part of the record straight. And, the last I heard (which may be subject to change), he was not sounding as interested in salvaging his relationship with Meghan as he initially was. . For what it's worth, I don't know why KC extends olive branches to harry either. Maybe it's just what fathers who love their children do.
@@babblemaker I understand extending olive branches. What is hard to understand is doing talk shows. If he thinks doing talk shows will bring his daughter closer, he is not very wise. If he's looking to mend the relationship he might try writing a private, heartfelt personal letter to his daughter.
@hikesystem7721 The last I heard, he'd realized some of what she's been up to, and he no longer wants anything to do with her. I think he's been doing interviews to get the truth out there. What else can he do? Lady C has morally supported him. I think you can write to her and she'll answer on her CZcams show.

@hikesystem7721 Oh, ok. Thomas Markle has not been able to get ahold of Meghan (aka Rachael). If she was aware he wanted to talk with her, she didn't reach out in return. I saw him on the internet saying he just wanted to know from her what he can do to fix it. After his heart attack right before the wedding, he had at least one and possibly two strokes. So he had to learn to talk again and he still struggles a little with his speech, he couldn't speak at all for a while. And that's all I know about his efforts to mend their relationship. 🙂

He said he has evidence that Meghan cant have children as she had problems. Then was is he asking to see his 2 grandchildren. Where is his other grandchildren you never see them by him

He's a true pos. He's threatening his own daughter. Unless she contacts him he will continue to do interviews talking badly about Harry and how he himself had been treated when he was the one that ran to the press, he should have just remained quiet. The Middletons aren't exactly innocent when it comes to profiting off of the Royal Family but atleast they shut up to the media and the Middleton family have been rewarded for it.
What money ? She and her mother allagedly drained him of the lottery money he won !

One biggest mistake I believe Megan Markle made was when Megan asked Prince Charles, her father in-law to give her away to the Royal family instead of her own father, Thomas Markel! He must be heartbroken and devastated! Another mistake I believe Megan Markle made was ignoring British Monarchy or the Royal Family’s values and culture while courting Prince Harry and married him! Ignoring British Monarchy or Royal Family’s important values and culture including criteria for prince, princess, king, queen, or other Royal family positions will cause conflicts!
Therefore, no matter how much you love someone or have a strong desire for something, you should make logical wise decisions based on facts, evidence, or logical reasonings instead of your feelings, which often resulted in bad outcomes!

Even though I believe H's memoir for the most part, I LOVE that Thomas Markle hung up on Harry for being "snotty". He was not taught to RESPECT his elders. It's strange for someone who grew up in a strict hierarchical family structure and who learned to obey orders both in that setting and in military service to have no respect for his father-in-law.

He is still her father and parents are not perfect people. We all make mistakes! A grown son or daughter should be mature enough to forgive their parent. Just remember that you are not a perfect person either and this stonewalling will come back and bite you later down the road with your children. Meghan needs to forgive her father and they need to reunite. Be emotionally mature not emotionally black mailing your parent. Grow up and live life at your best, not your worst. Life is just too short for this kind of separation.

When she was working on Suits, she was sending him financial support. How awful was that for her to do? She stopped working to marry Prince Harry, was it awful for her to stop sending him money? When he started getting involved with the tabloids to make money off her, was it awful for her to stop any contact with him? Sounds to me she treated him pretty well until he got greedy.
