@@TheTangken Yes I seen that, what that has to do with water, are you saying water can't splash or water from towels or from your body or other items can't get to the socket . there are all kinds of freak accidents that can happen

Cant compare what you bought in Palawan to the Main cities in Manila. Depends too what kind of property you got lot size kind of house how its build. Its just incomparable. It really depends. Im filipino based here in California

@@gspotlight04 I've done my research. What I'm saying is no average high earning Filipino could afford this. I'm talking lawyers, doctors, dentists. I'm not talking about the owner of SM Mall or a water bottle company. I'm talking the top median 5% earners with a full degree. Median wage of a doctor with 15 to 20 years experience in internal medicine in Metro Manila is P1.1M or $20k. An average lawyer with 15 years of experience makes anywhere in the range of P700K to P1M in Makati City. Yes there are outliers making P2M+ but they are one out of every 50 doctors who have 30 years and have their own practice. I'm not talking about people like yourself that live in California and own property in PI, that doesn't count. I'm talking about upper class Filipinos with doctorate's degrees that live and work in that area where this is up for sale. I don't even see them being able to afford something like this even with a 20% down payment. This would cost 15 times their annual salary, and at the current mortgage rates, they would never afford the monthly payments, it would take out their entire salary for the next 30 years at the best interest rate. Only foreigners and expats could afford this, and they would be crazy stupid to spend $200k to have a backyard the size of my smallest guest room in a third world country.
