To answer your question, the song is from the movie RRR (best movie of 2022) , by this time if you havent heard of the movie, must be living under a rock.
I would be spoiling a part of story a little bit. The gist of the video is : the story takes place during british colonialism of India. These two Indian dudes were invited to a party. But one of the white folk humiliated one of indian guy by saying...indians cant dance, they dont know the finese, blah blah.. Hence the dance move was a retaliation to show that they can dance and dance pretty well.
Btw the music video was shot in presidential palace of ukraine.
