2022 Special Education Legal Updates

Back by popular demand, participants will receive an update on current and trending special education laws, guidance and current issues. The program will provide a legal update of recent changes to laws, regulations, or guidance from the Department of Education, including the office of special education programs (OSEP), the office of special education and rehabilitative programs (OSERS), and the New York State Education Department (NYSED). The trainer will provide an overview of these laws or guidance, and will address questions and answers, time permitting.
