- Having an ATV Speaker System can be a great accessory. However, they can also cost you as much as a new smartphone. So when we recently stumbled across this $50 ATV Speaker System that came highly rated...we had to find out if it was worth it!

When it comes to listening to music along the Trails, I have often defaulted to a waterproof Bluetooth speaker that can be mounted on the handlebars (or roll cage). So when I was recently scrolling through Amazon (looking for something entirely different) and came across the GoHawk TN4-R ATV Bluetooth Speaker system for under $50, it caught my eye. Mainly because I thought, "an ATV Audio System for that cheap...I bet that thing sucks". Then I noticed it had almost 5/5 stars, and I became more intrigued.
So I ended up spending some time looking at the speakers and reviews with serious skepticism. Finally I thought "screw it, why am I still looking at this. Let's just order them and try them out. Worst case scenario, they'll make a decent video". On an upside if they work out, I can pass that information along to those who would love some audio on the trail but don't want to spend $500 getting one.
So these GoHawk ATV Speakers showed up, and we gave them a go. I was extremely surprised with their ability to produce loud sound. overall, I am actually really impressed with this Audio System. The base is not good, but again it's hard to expect serious base from a %50 Bluetooth ATV Speaker system....I mean, you can't have it all! The speakers get plenty loud, it comes with a mountable remote, and its Bluetooth. Overall, I think this system is definitely worth the money. Now, if you are an audiophile, move on. But if you are someone that just likes to have some tunes with you when you ride and want something convenient, that gets loud, is Bluetooth, and sounds pretty decent, then give these a try.

i just strap my JBL charge 3 or 4 to my front rack. works just fine its not obnoxious to other riders and you can hear it while bouncing off the rev limiter lol

The Audio AUX jack is for using anything that isn't Bluetooth, like with my Ride Command stereo. Yes the Ride command ACCEPTS Bluetooth, but doesn't put out Bluetooth to speakers.

Bought the GoHawk TN4-W Waterproof Amplifier same setup just waterproof amplifier and so far so good...
Nice video. I think they sound good. If you want something that's going to provide the deep bass, then fork out the money for it. I think it will serve its purpose.
I think anyone looking for bass regardless of the speakers will definitely need a subwoofer. So you are correct with shell out the extra dollars.
You should difinitely do a long term review of these speakers. Because I want to buy them but I don't know how long they will last over the years.
Jim Alison I got the boss audio version of this with 4 speakers an put it on my enduro, after a year all four speakers still work and I do not ride lightly. Even survived a couple spills.

They're $50 does it really matter. Return to Amazon if they dont hold up. A few six packs with chips cost more than $50.

I just bought these and for the price they are great speakers I can hear them loud and clear while riding I ride a Honda recon 250 with stock exhaust and I can hear it fine it was pretty easy to install I’m only 16 and it wasn’t to difficult other than that my only complaint is the amp not being water proof

thanks for the video ! i got the new setup they got now ( tr4 titan ) i still like the older setup but the new one is 4.1 so you can hook up a subwoofer is smaller and waterproof ( speakers and amp both ) was $206... completely worth it for me.

welp my original system i got from gohawk was the 5" x 4 speakers with 1000w amp/control system and i still love it but its on my ebike and i never was able to get the proper connectors for the speakers so i only got to run it with 2.... i was disappointed and still am in some ways. it has sd card slot that the new one dont BUT the titan tr4 is 1600w total and the speakers 4.25" so 1000w to the speakers the other 600 is for the sub. i havent done it quite yet tho just in the receive mode atm LOL cant wait my new seat comes monday ! IF i wasnt total nut id prolly go with something smaller but they do have similar systems now that are waterproof ( 2 speakers ) but i am a music nut so i want it ALL so the subs i am going to try are a 10" and also an 8" which ever works best im keepin the rest return... that was quite the steal on this product ! unfortunately i doubt you will find much of anything these days under 100. the list price on the tr4 is 230 i realized my other one cost me 240 3 yrs ago and i msg them for a coupon ! so i got 10% off and thats how it comes to about 207. still worth it to me i paid far more for any of the setups in any car i ever had and they were NOT digital. i dont even need a disc and ez 3k songs plus radio. its like xmas everytime i order something no more mr microphone days @@NavigateOffroad

I always mount a kill switch on the power wire of the amp. That way I can manually shut it off

I actually ordered these after watching your video, and as you said, they were definitely loud, but only in FM radio, they were very low on bluetooth (I turned up the volume on my device and the speakers). I couldn't figure it out, so I sent them back and went with the Boss speakers

Do they run off the battery even when it’s off or is there a switch on it. one of my speakers even when I turned it off my battery was dead 4 days later

How do you go about doing that? I have plenty of Milwaukee batteries and would prefer Doing that than hooking something up to my battery
This is awesome and all but I ride on incredibly hard rocks trails one minute then soft mud the next the all of a sudden a smooth gravel road you can top the bike out on and not to mention my bike is not kept in doors it's outside 24/7 through the summer winters storms doesn't matter the bikes outside also would my bike be able to handle another thing using power when it comes on dark I have my low beams and the little I think it's like a 12 inch light bar and my battery light starts flashing so like I have no idea if my bike could handle this (it's a 2013 sportsman 400ho)

What you should have done was get away from the ATV and stand distance from it that gives you an idea of how loud the speakers are you right on top of it kind of hard to tell
i bet you could get some bangers that check all the boxes for like 75-100 or maybe from china for 50.

I'll bet the amp actually puts out closer to 30 watts instead of the advertised 100. Most of these amps are never the advertised wattage.
yeah i dont really care about the quality of the audio cause i just want some to play sirens on (where i live we use diferent sirens so np there checked it) for a drift vehicle i have (green machine btw thats the original it got released to the market about 8 or 9 years ago i was one of the first to own one cause i know the creators brother)

Bro if your looking for copyright free music check out retnik beats. When I ride sometimes I use just normal earbuds and it works fine. But I would rather listen to the motor then music!
Thanks man. I have a good source for music. I just grabbed a couple different styles of music quick to test these out and b cause it's on CZcams can't use a song most people already know.

They sound better on a Harley, the left speaker don't work on KTMs, and the remote works bad on tricycles
i have boss audio 2 speaker bluetooth..same set up diff company. on my Polaris 570..great set up for country music..rap and music with bass..not good..i dont swamp my machine but mudd everywhere and water here and there..No Issues..love mine for $60

I have the four speaker set on my bike and I find it I turn my phone down a couple clicks when I have the amps volume up high helps with distortion
