- A rare live performance of Diana Ross - Remember Me, performed at the Olympia Music Hall in Paris, March 8, 2004. Footage from her 2004 European Live Love Tour, 1998 Johannesburg SA show, 1982 Brussels show (with Marvin Gaye) & various photographs
I was there ! Great memories of a great show. She's the BEST !
Awesome, the only time I heard her sing this live was the HBO Caesars Palace show, I love this
Beautiful Ms Ross , I love all her music 🎵🎶
This is better than the record piano, drums, kick drum and the bass, she does songs better in person without the restraints of the studio, this is as good as it gets, had they used these drum and bass on the record it would have been a bigger hit, give me more bass
Diana's very best song. Thanks for posting.
Ms. Ross.......always great, FOREVER.
Thank u so much, it's a great voice and performance
OMG! I’d love to hear her sing this one again!
I want Diana to sing this at Radio City Music Hall in New York in June
I love this song..
mark the concert is here in youtube Diana Ross live at Ceasars Palace 1979 search it.
Oh that was sublime, she nearly hit the notes like ‘79 Caesar’s! Great post wish there was the actual footage of her doing this!!! Forever the Boss x
Michael Robinson remember Diana was 35 years old a young lady then and when she sang it here that was 25yrs ago her voice is more mature older as it should , her voice's pitch is lower and she did that thing and did it well in her lower fuller pitch
I loved the way she sang it.
Truly love this.
WOW!
My girl!!!
The Best!!!!

My late little brother would have had a great father's day as would my dad. I've gone on many years nice but yes- I Remember You.
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much for posting this, Nils. I was not aware of any performances of this song after 1979 Ceasar's Palace. In the U.S., at least, it's one of her forgotten singles. I can't recall her ever even mentioning it. Apparently it made an impression on the French. She has a tendency to treat European fans to little gems while sticking to he biggies here. She should trust that she has a lot of huge fans here who'd love some surprises. I'd swap "Love Hangover" and "Reach Out and Touch" for "Swept Away" and "Let's Go Up" any day but I doubt it'll happen. Good to see your recent posts. Enjoy!
+pnyc1969 Hi Peter, good to see you here ;-) There is a bit of a difference in Miss Ross' approach to the fans on all continents, I suppose. She has been considerate to include songs that were big hits in different countries.
Back in 2004, her European tour seemed to be a message of a come-back, after a difficult period in her life. Several of the concerts lasted well over two hours, and all songs were performed in their entirety. And among them happened to be 'Remember Me'. A rarity indeed!
Hi, Nils--I am so sorry to just be seeing your reply now, a year later. I am not notified of replies to my posts and CZcams is now so vast I forget where I have visited. There are many wonderful Diana clips and I also frequently seek out clips from other artists I admire from other genres such as Betty Buckley, Rickie Lee Jones and Laura Nyro. My Diana sightings have increased curiously in recent years as she focuses on concertizing and not recording. I have seen Diana 15 times since my first concert in 1989 and six of these concerts have been in this decade alone. It's rather exciting to see so much of her. I am seeing my 16th concert this April in New York City. I hope for some changes to the set but she seems settled on a comfort zone. But t least it's a good one. "The Boss" and "Don't Explain" have refound a place. Yes, I'd love a surprise revisit of "One Love in My Lifetime" or something else unexpected but that's OK. I know that someday I will thrill to know I many times saw a legend who changed music--and American culture--beginning from the 1960s. Please contact me privately at my email Pnyc1969@yahoo.com if you wish. Best, Peter.
Excellent as always ! !!
Moving.
I was there with my boyfriend.
If you have more videos from 1995 the take me higher era, and 2004 the comeback era. I would love to see this.
