Kandy is a large city in central Sri Lanka. It's set on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are home to tea plantations and biodiverse rainforest. The city's heart is scenic Kandy Lake (Bogambara Lak
Woa!! Sri Lanka!! I really didn't expect it. After have watched you walking in India, Pakistan etc. don't get me wrong if there's someone from one of these places, but I was expecting something like those places, people in a hurry every where, narrow streets and horns everytime... I know Sri Lanka is very, very smaller but, it's so organized, streets very well sinalized, no trash around, and people deal so well with a man and a camera, oh! Lovely people!
Hello Keezi. Hermosos lugares. Dignos de conocer. Senderos solitarios con una paz angelical. Todo verdor y ganas de no irse de alli. Thank you Keezi por mostrarnos estos lugares para mucha gente que quiza no podriamos conocer y con tu lente se hace posible. Muchos besos y cuidate mucho TE QUEREMOS.
There are still many three-wheeled vehicles found in Sri Lanka, reminds me of India, if I'm not mistaken this vehicle comes from India, I'm from Jakarta, three-wheeled vehicles like that are hard to find in Jakarta, virtual friendship greetings from Channel Gito Abigavin
Would help to state where you started from. Kandy is definetely on of the most interesting cities in SL having kept some of its character and of course the setting is very attractive too Btw would have edited this-2 parts maybe as imo its too long to watch in one go.
I worked with two sisters from Sri Lanka when I was in college, they were about the most beautiful women I've ever known. Both smart too, one is an optometrist now and the other an orthopedist
Nice walk. Thanks for uploading. By the way, you could have taken the lake-round. It is scenic too, and more importantly, much easier. Otherwise, one must carry a water bottle hiking around Kandy. Fun fact: Kandy literally means Mountain/Hill.
@@keeziwalks Ah, did you miss the temple of tooth relic as well? because the lake is right next to it. Anyway getting lost is probably more adventurous!!!, And you will remember it for longer than an uneventful tour.😅 Happy walking!
@@keeziwalks You couldnt find the lake!?every single local person in Kandy knows where the Temple of the tooth is for sure.Interestingly it was the British who built the lake, they would retreat to Kandy as its cooler than Colombo.
