@@NevsFishing mate without blowing smoke up ya ass it's just next level footage! Watching those big lizards stalk their prey and then go for an attack.. Gets the heart racing even while I sit on my recliner 😆
It'd also be interesting to see when and why they choose not to hit the bait. Some might think that's weird but it would be interesting to see nonetheless.
This is fantastic for on air fishing fans, also it’s a great reminder that the quest for fishermen to catch and release the 50-60cm plus Flatties is paying dividends for the entire fishery. Well done Nev you’re at the pointy end of this journey.

Hey Nev your drone fishing is spectacular mate. Being a keen flyfisher (specially with flies I've tied myself) I get the same buzz out of watching those big flatties take your lure as I do from a rising trout. Lovin' it so please keep it up.

I never fished any water as shallow and as clear as this, never used any fish finding gadget, all pure luck and uncertainty. You're lucky to have this type of water and all the big fish there.

Good work Nev. I must say that I've never seen flathead like these ones.. not in my whole life. I know you haunt Western Port in Victoria.. Is that where you're at. I'm in Tasmania and they've just put an embargo on flathead.. the numbers are dropping here. There are plenty of tiny ones so it wont take long to get a few bigger ones again. Thanks for the entertainment
Best fishing video I’ve seen.. I’ve been catching flatty since I was 3 and still love those big ones .. My favourites being the Yanks and rock flathead in around Welshpool to Manns beach. Nice going mate, keep em coming. 😜🎣🎣🎣

Hi Nev, how about to have small floating board with the measurements so you can just put the fish on and metered it instead of paddling to the shore.
I have marked my paddle as a guide it works and saves on have more sh!@t in the yak
