Standing balance is one of the key factors to being able to walk again after a stroke. In this 15 minute workout, we’ll go through 2 sets of 6 exercises designed to help you build better standing balance. The only things you’ll need are a solid pair of shoes and something to hold onto or another person for support. Remember to check with your doctor or therapist before starting any new exercise or therapy routine.

I lost everything and don’t care if I get better, thanks to the hospital, during open heart surgery, that they bullied me into, either way they ended my life
