Agree with most tips apart from glass top / lucite/ acrylic furniture pieces. You have to be frequently cleaning these surfaces because of fingerprints and dust.
One can have the nicest things but if their space is cluttered it just doesn’t look as good. Love your tips!

I completely agree with the one thing in/one thing out. We changed the color of what we were going to paint our downstairs because of what I learned from you with the LRV. I would love a video on grouping items. I have things I love but they are either all the same height or the same width, some items im not sure if they would matchi. How do I decorate so everything blends together and does not look like an eyesore? I'm referring to bookshelves and end tables that have a lamp on them. I'm so lost with how to make it all look cohesive.

I love using Mirrors, and ..yes, reflecting natural light is always a plus... however, using Mirrors in the bedroom is bad Feng Shui, unless the Mirrors are above a nightstand, on each S i d e of the bed. Reflecting ones bed is not good Feng Shui, it invites " not good Energies. " Artwork is a personal choice, I do agree with larger scale art depending on the Wall space one has.
The problem with lower back Seating is it is usually not comfortable.,doesn't offer support.
I struggle with stuff in my studio, it is so difficult to get rid of things.
I really love all of these tips except it's awful feng shui and a big No-No to put a mirror across from a window. It makes these light go back out and opens up portals... they should be diagnol. ❤
Can I use the pathway rule as the reason I have not set up my exercise machine in the spare room? Just wondering. 😂😂😂😂😂
