FILM DESCRIPTION:
Five years, eight months, 12 days and counting -- that's how long Debbie Ocean has been devising the biggest heist of her life. She knows what it's going to take -- a team of the best people in the field, starting with her partner-in-crime Lou Miller. I actually like his acting here. Usually he's just so over the top, now he's a bit more subtle but still have notable personality in this.
Well he’s a musical theatre person at heart so over the top is good in that regard. Like Into the Woods if it was in a theatre

I do love how he knows Debbie did it from the moment she sits down and says "I didn't do it." Not even any sort of persuasion just the "Fine, we're playing it like that are we?" from well... both of them.

The writing on this movie is so sharp. It's deeep camp and it's verry clever. I think the people who didn't like it, couldn't recognize that it's satire first, comedy second.

If it was up to me, I would have another A-list actress play the insurance investigator. Fight fire with fire. But James Corden brings the laughs and the charm to whatever role he's in. So I'll make an exception.
