Cost of moving to Uk 🇬🇧 from Nigeria 🇳🇬 as an international student in London

Hi guys, in this video I broke down the amount I spent on my relocation to Uk 🇬🇧 and the documents I used in applying for school and my Uk study visa.

PREPARE YOUR BANK STATEMENT
Get your bank statement ready to be submitted to the school. You must have the balance of your tuition fee and your living expense in your bank account.
Example
PREPARE THIS FOR YOUR BANK STATEMENT
(STUDY OUTSIDE LONDON)
Tuition fee Balance(fee unpaid to the school) - £7000
Living expense-£9500
Total - £16500 needs to be in your account for 28 DAYS UNTOUCHED.
(STUDY IN LONDON)
Tuition fee Balance(fee unpaid to the school) - £7000
Living expense-£12006
Total-£19,006 needs to be in your account for 28 DAYS
BANK STATEMENT RULES
Bank statement will be submitted to the school to enable you get a visa letter (CAS).
The UK embassy only accepts PERSONAL BANK STATEMENTS ONLY.
For student’s bank statement submission, please note that:
The accounts can only be in the students name or parents names.
Sponsor accounts
Company accounts
Joint accounts
Spouse accounts
Money market account
Investment accounts
Fixed deposit accounts
Are NOT accepted by the UK embassy.
OTHER IMPORTANT BANK STATEMENT RULES
• The NAME on the Bank statements MUST MATCH with your DOCUMENTS. If not, you send in an AFFIDAVIT.
• If you’re using your parent’s account, their names MUST also match with the names on your Birth Certificate and the funds CANNOT be REMOVED or TOUCHED till you are issued CAS.
For the category using parent’s account, you will need a consent letter from your parent.
DEPENDANTS
If you’re going with dependant(s), you need £6,500 as living expense outside London or £8,500 as living expense in London, for each dependant. At the visa stage if you have a wife, husband or children that need visa guidance, you will need to pay N100,000 per dependant.
For student’s bank statement submission, please note that:
CAS (Visa letter)
To get your CAS from the school, you MUST submit all CAS documents, which are:
-Proof of tuition payment
-TB test result
-Mature Bank statement
If applying using the parents account
-Birth certificate
-Consent letter
T.B Test information
You will need to do a medical test.
There are only 2 approved test centres in Nigeria for T.B test - Lagos and Abuja.

- Register with your email
- Select student without scholarship and choose the amount of dependents going with you, if you have any.
- Choose a location
- Fill in your details
- Book a date
The amount is N57, 800 for 11years and above.
Children below 11years are to pay N23, 120.
NB; please note if you are unable to get a close date via Email or the Link, you will need go to the test centre before 7am to speak to one of the staff to get arrange closer date.
