Hello, If you are unable to recover the SD Card you will need to get a new one and re-install the software. You will have to be careful to get teh RIGHT SD Card as G-Scan 1 does no support High Capacity (dual layer) SD Cards and can only run a maximum of 4GB - which are very hard to get now a days. You might need to reach out to where you got it from or GIT/G-Scan directly.
The OS Update is part of the tool - It costs nothing. If you asking for a Price of the G-Scan 2, it has been discontinued for 4 years, and I can only sell to New Zealand customers.
Hello G-Scan (original) has been discontinued for many years. Also, GPC Asia Pacific can only sell within the Oceania market - Outside of this you'll have to contact your own local supplier.

@@ilvxor Yes G-Scan can still be updated, but you must have an active subscription to do so. I can only help Oceania customers with this.

G-Scan 2 has been discontinued for at least 5 years. Even G3 has been discontinued for 4 years.
