I’ve never played a better low brass/drumlins thing in my life. My entire section just connected and we now play this at every game and pep rally to the people’s enjoyment along with Neck.

cymbals slayed this. i think i heard some quads absolutley fucking doing there thing. the snares were fire.. and the tubas.. the big horns.. thats soul. homie on the bass carried the whole tune. hes goated.

I’m a trumpet player in highschool and I figured out last week the cymbals are the hardest instrument, you might be saying ‘it’s two fuckin brass plates Ethan how hard is it to smack em together’. Well apparently you have to hit them at a very specific angle to get a good sound which takes years of practice to build up the muscle memory. Weird huh?
@@Keitheykinz two very different styles of marching and playing. Jsu is meant to be flashy and in your face(show style) while lsu is more musical and uniform, (corps style). You can't really compare the two. It's completely up to personal preference on who's better.

I think this is great but I wish the mic was better positioned or better quality bc as soon as the snares and quads and all of the percussion came in it became almost to loud to hear the tubas. Not hating I actually like this arrangements lot
