Taylor Armstrong returns Behind The Rope. Who can believe its been eleven years since Taylor first appeared on the freshman season of the currently highest rated Housewives franchise, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Feeling nostalgic, Taylor takes a trip down memory lane during her tenure on RHOBH with castmates Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle and Kim Richards, Adrienne Maloof and Camille Donatacci Grammer (now Meyer). On a more serious note, we chat with Taylor about the domestic abuse she endured from her husband at the time, Russel Armstrong, through most of her marriage and while filming RHOBH. We dive deep into topics such as why join RHOBH with this hidden secret, the difficulties of filming trying to hide this from the cast, how did she convince Russel to “let” her join RHOBH, did the show make the abuse worse, who from diamond holders did she confide in, and finally, did RHOBH, in effect, save her life? Taylor opens up about the full range of emotions expressed after she found then husband Russel Armstrong hanging in his LA home and resulting legal battles she faced as result of inheriting his several million dollar debt. At first, I couldn't understand why they were closed off to Brandi (not that they should be outwardly rude), but if you don't have emotions tied to someone it's easy to just blow them off (in this circumstance meaning reality TV) and be rude and just keep them on the outside

I like Taylor and relate to being a widow of suicide but thank god I didn’t drink or use drugs after he died, or had my life on camera. I was judged enough but luckily that’s when I knew who my real friends were.

Off topic, David did you hear Jacqueline's daughter is officially divorced?! I've recently watched season 7 of Jersey and never knew about Ashlee getting engaged. I was watching the episode and googled it and boom just 2 1/2 months ago they're divorced now. That season 7 is just the gift that keeps on giving, I've been crying laughing at some of the scenes! 🤣 That Vermont trip was wild 😂

Because all the accusations thrown at ambe heard could be thrown at her. I think Russell had a lot of problems but the way she spoke to him makes it hard to believe she was living in a state of fear. I guess we will never know the truth
