This was probably the best recipe I have ever tried. Because I'm only 14 and don't know how to cook even if my life depended on it, it was surprisingly really good. 10/10 !!!
Here is the recipe: *Noodles* 2 servings of whatever noodles you want to use (about 6 oz) _(the noodles in the video are udon noodles)_ *Sauce* 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro 3 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 small shallot or red onion 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp curry powder 1/2 tbsp chili powder 1/4 cup oil (olive oil, avocado oil, or vegetable oil are all great options) *Seasonings* 2 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp lime juice

I think you have a different type of cilantro, here in my country ,we usually have cilantro with a nice smell, but during High school i was in a hostel and the Restaurant there have something called "Japanese cilantro" the leaves we're so much bigger than the ones I'm used to, and i thought it'd taste Better lmao 😂 Tastes like kerosine oil or like the taste that you feel in your mouth when you accidentally get soap or hair oil in your mouth 🤮.
You can just leave it out. You don't actually need the flavor of cilantro. Spring onions are a completely different flavor but will work well in this recipe.
