Considering leetcode as platform, when can you say that you are somewhat ready for microsoft dsa interviews?( in contrast to giving contests or solving mediums in so and so time or something like that?)
It is when you have the confidence that you can solve previously asked questions of Microsoft from geeksforgeeks. And you are confident in all topics of dsa you can give it a try. Nothing is fixed as such.

Yes it will depend on your job role. I am not sure but 90% all employees get these benefits irrespective of their profile.
Hi there. Really insightful video😊. Had a few questions. When and how can we cash in stocks? What if we want to study abroad? Is the certification program for Microsoft and its subsidiary companies or for any other ones outside their range too ? And what are the things can one expect in the job kit?
The vesting in done for on hire stocks the stocks you buy can be cashed as soon as vested in your account. Sorry the next question I didn’t understand. For the joining kit it depends we didn’t get one

Health insurance for employees is pathetic! They charge employees for the premium and don't even reimburse the expenses! It's a scam!
My sala is in Microsoft, & he don't know that he's going to be my sala...
I know these things...they get many perks & all.
They get some card point type coins which have value around 1-2 lakhs.
