Pedal Electric How to increase the speed on the Core model

On this video I’m showing the process to increase the speed on the core model.
Before you ride the bike you must do the process in order to work, if you can’t get to the settings the first try, turn off the battery and try again.
Speed recommended 55km/h.

So I did that and I weigh 145 lbs is it normal that it’s still only going 24-25 or did I do it wrong?

It should be higher than that, you should try do it again. Do it before you start riding the bike.

in my model the speed is stuck at 25 and doesn't increase on pressing +/-
