I uploaded the picture (whole look) but the image shows only half size of that picture, why? My online pictures are a mess. For example, the pants, I took the picture of a whole pant but when uploaded to square online, it shows only half of it, why was that? Please help
Hi, I’m stuck in building my website on square and can’t ask my question via email bc they keep sending me to FAQ page. My mistake right from the start choosing Instagram layout but I want to change that to a simple free site. I did reset to default disconnected my Instagram but in preview still see the Instagram page I don’t see my items in the website as I’ve synced them already. When I click on the website I published only shows the first page no items showing. Your video is perfect with al, the details but to troubleshoot or remove the Instagram layout I’m not getting anywhere. I really appreciate if anyone could help me with this. I’m very disappointed that I can’t send an email to square for help. Thank you
Will you guys ever make it possible to have digital products available to be sold on Square Online? A way where people can buy your digital product and have it automated to be sent to the buyer’s email address? It would really be awesome if this is something that will be made available on Square!! Can you please teach us how to change price all at once if we need to update new price without even do it one by one individually for each item, it's really bugging us who sell hundreds of same products.
Hi @Meisje met de parel. With Square Online you do have the ability to bulk edit: In your Square Online Overview page, go to Items > Site Items. If you need to filter your item list so only certain items appear, select Filter. You'll be able to use filters such as item visibility, stock quantity, fulfillment, and others. When finished, select Apply filters. In the item list, mark the checkbox by each item you want to edit to see the corresponding editing options appear at the top of the item list under Bulk edit.
