If you could clarify how to add menus in the latest version of the Buddypress where 'page' is no longer an option in the tabs.

Is there something much smaller ?? Only members area where people can see who is online or not only in a grid system and also categorically identify new members .. nothing like facebook or social or creating groups or so . Just member seeing other members online
