Way better,cts300 uses the old AHL sound source while this one have new AiX sound source ,which has dedicated dsps for different sounds.although cts300 has better speakers and better midi connectivity like it can b connected to our mobile and also it has pitch bend wheel,its more like a learning keyboard and the other ctx700 is more vfm.

I just bought a CTX 800 and the central C key is making a strange noise, like a spring of a old bed, when I press it. It is a bit random, sometimes it happens, or dont, depending also on the pressure I do on the key. I feel that there is some kind of rubber that prevents this noise to happen, but for some reason the rubber is just bad and I hear this plastic sound that is just annoying and ruining the sound. This is happening after just 2 weeks of use playing simple tutorial songs - I'm just learning how to play.
@@FaizAhmed2801 Yeah, I'm doing this. I'm just sharing this cause I was told the Casio keyboards have better durability than others, but this just happened to me in two weeks of use. But I will use my warranty and they will get it fixed, or a new keyboard.

yes, if you purches yamaha keyboard online you get the warrenty .... if you go for yamaha then go for yamaha psrE373 not 363 because it is older then casio ctx700..
if prefrence is for casio then ctx700 is good ..
but over all casio ctx700 is much better value for money..

Hello! I got a CT-X870IN recently. I am a bit confused about the speakers. The specifications mention that the Speakers are 2.5W + 2.5W, and nothing else is mentioned. From what CASIO has mentioned, both speakers should sound similar. But, the left speaker produces more bass(low notes), where the left one only produces high notes. Is this a feature or is my keyboard faulty? - Thank you!

Hello!! I have bought 870in Casio keyboard. After plugging it with the adapter and switching it on. I feel low voltage electric shock from the USB and MIDI ports. I tested USB and MIDI ports with an electric tester, bulb of the tester lights. Is it normal as Casio 870in comes with a 2 pin adapter? Please anyone facing the same issue?
bro test in different plug ..if still same issue then try to plug adapter reversly (by turn round your adapter then plug) ..if same issue then go to service center or shop (from where you brought) ..in maximum times it is fault in adapter...
@@FaizAhmed2801 thanks for your response bhai, i have done all the things which you have told , I tested with new adapter still the issue persist, whenever I touch the Usb and midi ports (metal part) bare footed I get low voltage shock. Just wanted to ask you is this problem is with your keyboard too?, because it can be due to earthing as our adapter don't have only 2 pin not 3rd earthing pin.

it does not have many tones , also sound quality is not that great .....

Yamaha aur Casio me kaun sabse achha kis company ka hota hai.
Both are best in their own ways. Yamaha gives quality and features but main issues are the high prices.
Other side , casio gives more features in lower price than yamaha but yamaha's quality always slightly better.
There is a useless debate which is better.
There is always some drawbacks in every keyboard, brand doesn't matter.
Casio has less quality but also on less price with more features.
Yamaha feels good to sound , but have to pay more.
Yamaha's advantage is its build quality and key fabric and its view. It only lag behind in term of some other features like pitch bend,touch response,more memory slots in lower prices.
I want a superb quality piano sound , budget may vary between 15k +_ 3k

For Indian music I guess you need Casio ctx IN series. Ctx series more focused on Western music.
