Hello there! I went a little ham on the ingame editing on this one. Was the pacing ok? I skipped some card explanations but tied to pop up every card on screen for people to pause and read if necessary. Let me know in the comments!

Yeah! And you’d be surprised at how many people fall for it when I play my Azorius version of this deck in Arena. I do still have some Skrelv’s Hive copies in there, just in case.
Agree, big shot out to the Arena team for killing in game sound. The 6 sided cards were worth it.
Can you explain to a noob what that is supposed to mean (Me being that noob)
@@friedaiceborn1663 the alchemy set introduced cards that can be modified 5 different ways. So a card could have 6 different versions. If they did that in paper, a card would need to have 6 sides.
@E Gon I believe the proper term is six sided die, they would make a 6 sided die with MTG cards for each face.

Oh man, so glad it's not just me where the audio cuts out randomly. I love this deck.
What confuses me the most is I also have a deck that runs that Gideon, as well as Dovin, hand of control, and literally everyone I play against just attacks and never seems to realize why their creatures are doing zero damage.
This makes me want to try a Vona deck in Historic Brawl where I try to force this combo plus some other "low life total matters" cards and probably lose a bunch

Vona is actually one of my favorite commanders. I built it entirely because I wanted a commander deck to put font of agonies into, yet lifeloss control has become one of my favorite casual decks to play with friends.
Update: I made the deck and it was pretty fun. Could be better since I'm admittedly not the best deckbuilder but it was better than I anticipated. Didn't get the Axis kill just yet but I did manage to get someone to 3 life with it and that's a W in my book

7:20 the changeling from black market connections also has all creature types so the book of exalted will work on it
It would work as a Plan B, but he wants it on the Faceless Haven so it turns back into a noncreature land to hide it from most forms of removal.

This is one of the funniest decks I've seen in a while (the Deck of Many Things one was amazing too) but this time around, I genuinely want to build this. I adore seeing how far you can get your own life total and winning on a negative count.

11:20 Questing beast is the last mythic with a decent animation. Tezzeret master of the bridge laser hand is my favorite animation in any digital CCG I’ve ever played

Before Faceless Haven was banned I had a couple of people try the whole Book into activate Faceless into enlightened counter thing while being short one mana, be it of White or Snow, and it was always funny to have that extra turn to deal with the Book or the Haven. Though that combo was the reason I was running a full playset of Field of Ruin in every, single, deck I ever played at the time. Now I normally just run two Field's because of the various man-lands.

I've been working on constructing this deck over the past 3 months or so, and I finally got it completed. Well, I have 3 cards left to craft for the sideboard, but that will get finished in no time.

8:00 you could tap faceless haven for third snow mana, it would turn into a tapped creature, but you still could use the Book of Exalted Deeds' ablilty on it then.
Incorrect - After activating the haven, he would have no mana left for the book ability (it costs three white mana).
