Which is better cable the original c48 or the upgraded c89. I did not heard that aukey or anker has c 89 for usb a type (2.4 ampere capable) cable chargers. Ugreen has C 89 cable for USB 2.0 to lightning and C 94 for USB C to lightning.

Geno Gonzales I bought a lot of ugreen cables for my car, office, house. Not to mention some chargers and car adaptares and all works flawlessly for more than a year now. Baseus is also a good Chinese brand that I use a lot and is as good as uGreen. For me these are one of the best Chinese cable and charger manufacturers

Usb-c cables don't have a chip in them what I know. Apple should be forced to use usb-c. Better for environment and consumers. But Apple will continue with their own cables because of business.
