I bought these Enduro Max Cartridge bearing 6000 2RS 10X26X8mm... Which I found were either wrong.. Due to when you tighten down the shaft bolt... Those metal ummm.. inserts on the end of the shaft pressed into the seal of the4 new bearings I put in.. From looking at the stock bearing that were installed.. They have a thicker center ring... Now is it possible I just over tighten the shaft bolt? I could make a quick video and upload to show what im talking about... Or does it not matter if them seals on the bearings are punctured? I'm learning as I go...
Ball bearings aren't suited for this application and straight groove ball bearing even less no matter the quality, this needs roller bearings to take hits and high forces.
@@Mr.DontGiveAFuck Damaging the seals is not good for contaminants + the seals are made with a metal shim who will press against the balls. The B.S Show has the best solution imo
Properly dimensioned bearings should last a life time
Try SKF 6000-2RSH bearings.
