I did keto, I did carnivore. And really struggled with wanting carbs, long term is wasnt going to work for me
But now Im on this diet call "animal based" where you only eat meats, fruits, dairy products and I feel fantastic, brain really sharp always, no brain fog. I highly recommend it.

I large percentage of those who do carnivore run into this. Thankfully you switched to animal-based. Some have developed adaptations to carbohydrates which makes zero carb stressful on their system. A cooked carnivore diet should only be recommended in specific situations as an an elimination diet. For some, it is close to optimal, but they are far and few between.

As a teenager who is living with his parents, I have to try so hard to convince to my mom to stop using seed oils and make these stupid oily trash food that makes us fat and gives us heart problems and a bunch of other things. But ofc, since I'm a teenager who is 'inexperienced' she will ignore me most of the time.

5:13 Hey Hamza, It’s the BLOOD TYPE that determines why some people do better on carnivore diet whereas other people don't. It’s usually the people with Type 0 who does amazing with this diet as this is the original blood type that our great ancestors had. Throughout due to the environmental changes people had to get adapted to different ways of eating, this lead to new blood types getting formed. For more info you could have a look into the book called ‘Eat Right For Your Type’.

The same thing would happen with me, i would sit with my books and my mind would randomly move somewhere else , but when I stated keto diet I was able to focus , you need not go full keto diet(It is expensive and many people would not compatible with that , you take vegetables , some seasoning , some eggs. The main idea is lessen carbs and sugar intake as much as possible

    Bro's,
Speaking from personal experience (being on a carnivore/keto diet for the last 1.5 months) I can honestly say what a difference cutting out carbs has been for me. You wont understand just how powerful and sharp your brain becomes once you cut out these processed carbs that we've been fed from our youth. I can safely say I'm never going back to eating crap like I used to.
Honestly, if you take nothing away from this video or Hamza's channel as a whole. Please please please try this - cut out carbs for a single week and see how you feel. Its changed my life, I feel sharper and can concentrate so much more easily. I want this same feeling for you too bro so give it a try!

As a Sikh, I'd say your friend has a point.. Till the time of the great sikh ruler, Maharaja Ranjit Singh.. Sikhs were fucking warriors with unbelievable feats of military/war achievements.. I'd tell you even the leaders after the Gurus were so morally strong that they couldn't be manipulated.. It was the next weaker generations that got manipulated by the British when they entered India.. And to address the point, the cultural sikh diet has always been meat and dairy.. In the community kitchen known as langar which was a part of the holy place, rice and bread was served as no being was killed in the Holy place.. But outside, the Sikh Gurus themselves used to hunt and get meat cooked, and sikh warriors used to consume it (mostly meat and dairy, nothing else).. A goat sacrifice practice is prevalent in the sikh warrior tradition.. Nowadays I hear even some sikhs supporting the veg/vegan diet.. Having no idea what their warrior ancestors ate..

We defeated the Afghans, British multiple times. Bro Sikhs fell off when Maharaja Ranjit Singh Died, Because the Sikh Queen was a sell out and let the British in for the personal gain of her and her son. This is true, eating high-carb meals in the morning can cause brain fog due to your insulin levels rising, which is the opposite of what you want (alertness). I think carbs are really good to fuel your workouts, so I would say that you should eat protein only meals in the morning then fast throughout the day, and eat something carb heavy at evening.

I love the fact that you’re actually DOING the things you talk about. As in, it’s actually dark outside and your appearance is actually better, and all sorts of other stuff.
People complain about you switching up and even “being bipolar” lmao, but they’re stuck watching Andrew Tate shorts. I actually found it very interesting how every new Tate podcast is him saying the same things that got him popular. I guarantee he’s doing it on purpose to fake this consistent character.
Anyways I made 15k subs thanks to you so thanks for that bbygirl

hamza, can you do a vid about cooking a meat,
i mean, how it is the most optimal way to cook a meat, should roast meat or cook meat. And if so, what spices or additives you can add.
I think it's would be so valuable

hey bro here's the most important points:
      1. dont overcook, as you can destroy water soluble vitamins, so have steak rare and chicken still moist etc.
      2. cook in animal fats, such as ghee or beef tallow
      3. stick to salt for seasoning, if meat is cooked well you shouldn't need anything else to enhance flavour
      4. oven or pan, dont microwave

Hamza can you make a guide video for how to vizualize properly. Because I often get confused between vizualization and having fantasies on my mind. And also how it is benificial for us. I don't really believe in law of attraction, I believe in letting things happen and finding the beauty in it and not forcing an outcome. But due to its hype there might be some rational benifits of it. Since you mentioned about it please make a vid on it if possible.

when I was on vacation recently, I ate steak almost everyday, and my parents told me that ref meat is bad for me and it spiked my cholesterol.
But for a good 2-3 days after I returned, I felt more energetic, my polla was much harder in the morning. It’s been a while since that vacation and I’m gonna try the carnivore diet because I think it’s gonna work.

I agree with everything you say, apart from when u say meat eaters are stronger than vegans as a lot of my friends say oh vegans are weak however they don’t know I’m vegan, we all workout together and train jiu jitsu and I’m stronger than all of them and I win every spar we do
