Amira speaks 3 languages (Dutch, African and English) fluently and sings in at least 15. She was 11 years old at the time and is now 20 years old. She won the sixth season of "Hollands got Talent" at the age of 9. She taught herself to sing with the help of CZcams videos. She still sings and there are countless videos of her performances, most of which are very spectacular. She uses half of her earnings to build and maintain playgrounds in South Africa.

Great first reaction to Amira, you have just found the most beloved soprano of all time, not only for her voice of an angel but also for her heart of gold and sweetest of souls! There are many fantastic performances on you tube, just a few are any of her O Mio babbino Caro, Nessun Dorma, and Ave Maria, also Amazing Grace (at 13), more recently Gesu Bambino (at 18) and Phantom of the Opera (last year)! But to really appreciate the true power of Amira's voice you will need much better speakers (I recently upgraded mine and WOW!). Cheers from Australia

Amira sang this hymn at a birthday celebration for the elderly lady pictured in the video (she was 105). Last year HGT invited her to take part in their All Stars celebration when she sang Ebben? Ne Andro Lontana, 10 years after her original audition on the same stage. The best video is the Full Segment, which includes the judges' comments and a biographical sketch. English lyrics. Amira is now studying music at Pretoria University.
