+stephani m it’s not being worried about it as much, it’s using common sense...my family have had many struggles with cancer, lost battles and won as well. If someone claimed they had cancer for attention (which Brooks admitted to in the end), it’s like a slap in the face to someone who really went through it. Megan was smart enough to know there was something fishy. I’m not going to lie, I think if I were in the same position, I wouldn’t have done anything different. I would be the one saying “how dare you” because lying about having cancer is disgraceful.

I used to think that Megan needed to let the whole thing go, that she had a very valid point but she was too overbearing. Then, my coworker faked having cancer. As someone who lost a parent to cancer, I cannot overstate the horrible emotional distress the fake cancer ordeal had on me. It was devastating and brought back so much grief. I can really understand why Megan obsessed to the point that she did.
I like Tamara, but I think it was wrong that she didn’t speak up more against Vicky because it was Tamara and her friend that started the situation in the first place.
Meghan handled this so eloquently and maturely. Any time Vicki tried to make it an attack on her, she was able to remain calm and redirect back to the actual topic of discussion 👏
