See, this is why we need artifact loadout. Characters like Nahida are just so damn versatile, swapping her own or her teammate's artifacts whenever you wanna play different teams are just pain in the ass. Mihoyo pls give us artifact loadout.
And dendro adds a greater need for this as well, since suddenly a character can go from what they are designed around to an elemental mastery based trigger for some form of bloom. Looking at you, Kokomi, Raiden, and Thoma, plus no doubt others.
What's artifact loadout? Crafting your own with stats that you wanted?
@@fayyadrahman7947 it means like artifact preset, one click and u equip the whole artifact set. Not needing to click and sort 1 by 1
The reason Mihoyo hasn't messed around with Artifacts is because it's likely their #1 or #2 source of $$$$$$.
People re-fill their resin with real money to farm artifacts. Mihoyo doesn't come out with a load out system, because they want players to keep farming for more and more artifacts....so each character can have their own artifacts...because players are too lazy to swap around artifacts. THOSE SAME TYPE players (the ones too lazy to swap artifacts) are the SAME TYPE that spends real money on the game (because they're too lazy to farm for primogems). It's a win-win for Mihoyo, and a lose-lose for us.
I had gotten to the point (a while ago), where I now keep a spread sheet in Excel of my characters and which artifacts they have equipped (depending on the team comp).
This is why i go general builds, i keep her on 4 deepwood just so I don't have to swap artifacts around

Well mostly because all of the archon are universally good
There is a special setting within Genshin for the Charge attack mouse sensitivity. If your mouse does not have an easy dpi change option with this you can really fast sweep your screen with Nahida's hold elemental skill.

Here's the thing; Nahida fits into so many team that Deep wood kind of become her BiS.
If you put deep wood on your other teammate, I can guarantee you will have a really bad time swapping your artifacts around.
Deep wood on Kazuha? ok, when you done don't forget to put VV back on him afterward.
Feels like playing a Nilou bloom? where's the HP% Deep wood again? Oh! it was on Zhongli, now, where's his Tenacity I wonder...
I totally agree with you. I don't like swaping artifacts from one character to another. I only do that with Ganyu for freeze or melt, but that's it, everyone else has always his/her artifact set.
@@ketomousketo3345 Same. Ganyu is my only character who has two artifact sets. It's pretty annoying that mihoyo won't give us an artifact preset already even tho it's one of the most requested feature by the community.
just use deepwood on Kuki, theres no other artifacts that suits her in Nahida's team (except tenacity)

Sacrificial Fragments plays super comfortably in practice. Often you miss tagging something because of terrain, or it just spawning in, not spinning the camera enough to catch it behind you, etc. Basically, it's already good as a baseline by just double-tapping E and the extra EM, and also raises quality of life and consistency in the only real way Nahida can go wrong (that I know of)
And of course, just having another E is fun

Ikr. I was just messing around with my Hyperbloom team and replaced Traveler with her. I pre-farmed a lot of her stuff so she was pretty much fully built. Imagine my surprise when I see 30k+ dmg from her skill.
Yapp that's why I use her as Spread dps carry with Zhongli, Kuki and Lisa and Nahida really carries the team so OP 😎👌
Exactly, I was expecting her to do 24k damage with her elemental skill, but instead it does 55k-61k consistently with no Bennett and no Mona :D
Nahida is a really great character indeed she's so versatile.
I have tried aggravate with keqing, hyperbloom with kuki/raiden, bloom team with nilou and all are really amazing!

Nahida is the strongest healer in the entire game. There I said it. She hits harder then any other character while running prototype amber. She can heal everyone at the same time, her ult comes back quickly. She loves venti and Sara and just about anyone that can pass her attack or EM. She essentially dethrones Mona as being the best prototype amber user in the entire game.

@@meow9004 give her prototype amber and have someone else in your party make up the EM loss. By giving nahida 2 piece EM 2 piece 15% bonus deandro. Then have kazuha or venti or albedo or sucrose or anyone with elegy be in party. And give the weakest member like Zhongli the 4 piece deandro
All im gonna say is that for Nilou teams, Nahida is the sle unit that should be on deepwood. In that team, hydros EM are the ones that matters as theyre the ones who would mostly trigger the bloom reaction thus u want gilded on them.
Deepwood on nilou doesnt refresh with her tranquility aura similar on how that stance doesnt refresh tenacity buff.
Fr? With nilou bloom teams nobody is ever specific on who is procing what so I slapped deepwood on kokomi and guilded on nahida
it depends on your team comp. with three hydro units, Nahida will be the one trigger blooms so she is better equipped with Gilded set and deepwood to other hydro unit.
If it's 2 dendro 2 hydro then the hydro unit like Kokomi or Barbara is the one carrying gilded artefact and deepwood on Nahida (instructor on traveler/collei).
On Nilou teams, Nahida HAS to be the one to activate the reaction, because her Tri-Karma Purification only deals damage when the enemy takes reaction damage or is damaged by dendro cores. And how is that going to happen if you use 3 hydros (Nilou, Kokomi/Barbara and Mona/Barbara/Xingqiu/Yelan) and the only dendro character you have on the team is Nahida? Her off-field potential is restricted to her being on-field. And the enemy should have enough hydro on them, considering you have 3 hydros on the team. If you can still get 1000 EM on Nahida with deepwood, then that's amazing. But you can still use deepwood on Kokomi and heal with barbara, for example, or deepwood on Mona and heal with Kokomi/Barbara.
Edit: I forgot Kokomi can heal while using deepwood. You don't have to rely on Barbara, you can still use Mona/Xingqiu/Yelan to have high hydro application and increased damage.
You have the option to use Dendro Main Character together with Nahida for Nilou, but why would you? You'd need to build a hydro character with EM, but you also need a healer. EM on Nilou? What about her high HP demands? So EM on Kokomi/Barbara? Can you still heal enough? It just makes things complicated.
@@SchwartzerH EM kokomi/barbara is still enough to keep you alive unless you also tanking enemies atk.
Double dendro will give extra EM as well.
And then Dendro will eat 1U hydro compared to Hydro only eat half unit of dendro to create bloom.

Thanks for putting this together! There have been a lot of Nahida videos lately, and this one I learned new information. The weapon guide makes more sense after covering the artifact optimization for each weapon choice and role. Thanks for the info on those spreadsheets! I want to complete my current gilded dreams sac frag/widsith build first and with some luck, hopefully finish triple EM deepwood too, but I didn't even consider tenacity for vape teams or hakushin ring for cyno, so now I definitely want to get a couple builds going. And now i'm convinced I should farm instructors now too.

Nahida makes the case for artifact loadouts for more than any other character. I am probably just going to build triple EM deep wood and run her like that since it works well in most situations, until hopefully hoyo gives us some better tools for switching builds around.

Yeah I use deepwood too for the same reason, I'm too lazy to swap artifact set before/after each team swap.

The biggest problem with the deepwood memories gilded dreams nahida debate is ironically that she is so flexible. Unless you have exactly one team that you plan to use nahida and the other three characters in (i.e you only play nilou bloom) then moving artifacts around becomes a major problem. I've heard ppl recommend kuki on deepwood. Zhongli on deepwood. But what then. Is your zhongli trapped with dendro for the rest of his life? It's the same reason I've been so reluctant to play EM raiden. Swapping between two completely different builds over and over is exhausting

naturally EM raiden is really good by math, but every time I want to play hypercarry finding her artis is a major pain in the ass considering how many EOSF I have.
can't bear swapping things around so frequently.

@@VyNyLoKo6 yeah I do this too, when I'm swapping builds I just put the artifacts on characters that I don't use so it's easier to find....
@@VyNyLoKo6 this is a mitigation not a solution. You still have to swap between the artifacts one at a time. Also becomes less useful the more ppl you have on rotating sets since you don't want to mix up which character is holding who's artifacts

Imo, After Dendro comes out + new Reaction mechanics + new artifacts + Nahida (Bcs how versatile she is, and affect other units to changes other artifacts set) comes out, they really need to make artifact loadouts ASAP. Is sooo pain in the as* to swap 1-2 units artifacts set when i want to change Nahida roles as an on/off-field damage dealer, or a pure support. 😭
personally found out that you can get acceptable damage and decent versatility when using triple EM, either magic guide, sac frags or mappa mare, with 4pc deepwood.
at talent level 8, my spread averages around 13k with 21k crits.
running her with yae dealing a respectable 19k with each turret, you can sit comfortable and clear a lot of enemies by doing nothing basically.
True. I have Nahida with lv 80,talent 6,8,6. With only +20 Deepwood memories flower, feather, and empty sand, goblet, and circlet.
But she still manage to clear Floor 12 with Cookie Xingqiu Yae Miko team 😳
I've uploaded the abyss run yesterday with the exact same Childe team and, god their synergy is crazy! 🔥
Those chart numbers matched my gameplay numbers almost exactly for off-field Nahida, though i was using EM/Dendro/Crit with sac, but i tried widsith as well and numbers were kinda same, and i was using gilded dreams with total EM 725 for nahida.
Gotta say that I love how Nahida's E procs form any reaction, because this includes crystalize. Makes her decent even when paired with geos. Not great, of course, since dendro and geo don't react to each other, so you still need another element in the mix, but still opens up some team options.
Just finished abyss floor 12 with a Nahida team on one side and a Geo Supremacy TM on the other. Loads of fun all round. Glad I returned to the game to get her. Off now to wander the glorious desert 😆

Yes
Correct me if I am wrong... the best overall set for her if I want a constant build with sig. weapon will be triple EM with 1:2 Crit. Ratio on Deep-Wood Memories.
The only exception being when someone else on team has this it, then switch to Gilded CR focused set.
Would like to share my on field team.
Nahida gilded dream - as usual
Raiden gilded dream - to max her EM, I prefer raider to Kuki, because Kuki skill need us to stand around the enemy and nahida is very squishy. And is best to stand at 1 corner so we can use skill ( hold) to capture all enemy easily. Raiden skill is 25 second, same duration as nahida
Yelan on elergy bow - buff EM further more
Zhongli on deepwood - able to proc deepwood passive, and provide shield which nahida need desperately
I've had great success using Miko with Hakushin Ring on a hyperbloom/quicken/spread team with Nahida, Kazuha, and Kokomeme. Miko having Gilded Dreams and Nahida having Deepwood. Lots of reactions and that 20% bonus applies to all elements reacting with electro. R5 Hakushin Ring is a very f2p friendly option for Yae Miko.

Congratulations the video is very clear and simple to understand, but I think that is nearly impossible to reach the stat values that you shown in the section regarding Nahida on-field spread damage at the min 8:38 at least for the f2p gamers that cannot use a lot of resin only for the artifacts. So I gently ask to show even your artifact stats during this kind of videos. In this way I think, it would be clearer how to better build every kind of characters.
03:55 Small tip for those who doesn't have adjustable mouse like him you can go to the settings and increase horizontal sensitivity to the max. Hope this help...

kinda surprised you didn't include Raiden (1K em), Yelan Xingqui Nahida for Onfield nahida team, since this is the most popular Hyperbloom team but quite expensive
The childe burn team(childe-nahida-benneth-kazuha) is also great as a burgeon team and is Really good in AoE. Theory crafters have named this as *Intergrassional*.

The burning load team is actually nice. I have been doing it with Yoimiya and Raided. You could do the same with Yanfei and Fischl for budget players.
The problem with putting Deepwood on most other characters is their lack of aoe, Zhongli if you don't have c1 you won't have a piller out half the time cause it doesn't recast if one is up and its clunky to begin with, so your then counting on his burst and the casting hit for your shred, characters like kuki you would have run up to every enemy pretty much while waiting on her intervals.
In single target its likely fine but if your enemies are spread on and your not keeping your debuff up then your losing damage

I have been using nahida with so many teams. My new team is zhongli, Bennet, fiscl and nahida. I just killed the rock frog so fast.
Before that , kokomi, xingqiu, fiscl, nahida. It was reaction madness and so many numbers. Nahida my new favorite ❤️❤️
I don't have deepwood on anyone gilded on nahida. Still she is killing enemies before they can catch a breath.
For those who have c2 nahida a good fun composition team would be Eula, raiden, nahida and zongli (or flex slot). She's surprisingly good and works well with Eula IWTL if you see this give it a try!! ❤️🙏
Yep a lot of my whale friends run this team. Very fun team for eula. The Aoe nahida and raiden has is deadly.
Its fun alright, but pointless. May as well run another comp with eula or even put benny, even though eula doesn't rl need either kek.
@@johnd7760 what do you mean pointless? You have Def shred on top of nahida spread which increases raidens skill and nahida. Zongli for more shred or Benny for Big burst damage
@@raulmaltrain6893 you get some pretty good energy from raiden skill and nahida when superconduct happens on top of eulas. While she's on field and not have to worry about swapping. Of course this only works if you have nahida c2 for the Def shred

I have been playing and trying to optimise Rosaria for quite a while now. The usual melt team i ran was with bennett, kazuha and zhongli. (The pyro application is no issue as c6 Bennett and kazuhas burst apply just a ton).
Now with Nahida instead of Zhongli, this team is even better, allowing my Rosaria to do 80k ticks on her burst.
Important Note re: Nahida and swirl.
If u wanna make sure you're swirling/having elemental absorption for Kazuha/Sucrose/Venti, you have to do it first and make sure Nahida's skill goes last because, except for Pyro, applying Hydro and Electro would trigger either hyperbloom/spread/quicken and won't let u absorb/swirl the element.
Experienced this a lot in a Nahida Yelan Kazuha Zhongli/ Archon Only Team
It's why I booted the anemo from my aggravate team in exchange for a hydro. Especially since with Yae, Fischl, and Nahida, you don't exactly need to group up enemies, since everyone just reaches out and touches.
You could use hollow stars -☆- instead 1/2 in your charts, would look nicer! Great guide btw
Yesterday I had to hunt specters for a character and discovered Nahida makes them not just easy, but even fun. Spectors! My most hated critter to farm!
One thing that kept me thinking is that Deepwood's 4pcs effect needs to "hit" enemy with E/Q to proc the 6s shred. If ZL is using Deepwood, how often can he proc it on enemy? the same goes with Bountiful core team for Kokomi and Nilou too. I think its good to consider who is the most consistent to hit the enemy with E/Q then you slap DM on that char.
For exp,
Hyperbloom with Nahida, Raiden(EM), XQ, ZL : DM can be used on either Nahida or Raiden
( I personally choose Raiden cause she does significantly lesser dmg than on-filed Nahida and she is proccing Hyperbloom on the enemy that she hits, so the DM shred will most likely to be applied on the damaging enemy most of the time)
*(its best reccommended to have at least 900+EM on your Raiden no matter what artifacts you are using)
Nilou's team with Nahida, Nilou, Kokomi, XQ : DM is best to be used on Nahida since her E can hit enemy most often.
*you can also setup your hydro char first to make sure they are on hydro aura so that Nahida can do the bloom with her first E.
As a Keqing main, Nahida has been a godsend 😉
That being said, I could definitely see myself replacing her if/when we get a Dendro healer that has decent Dendro application.
so, you need the enemies to keep the quicken aura in order to spread, but if you have an element other than dendro and electro that can react and take off the quicken aura away, basically everything except anemo, cause swirl can reapply the electro, then you lose the quicken aura, and spread won't happen. Because of this, Xingqiu is a no-no if you want consistent spread dmg, and if you use his burst, he'll react away all the dendro and electro and make it a bloom/hyperbloom team. Bennett however, doesn't have as frequent application as xingqiu, so if you manage your rotation well, you may still get consistent spread dmg, but that requires much more conscious effort. The best part about Nahida on-field spread is that you can release all your teammates skills, then just auto your way out of the combat, but Benny makes this more difficult to happen.
I've got a question for you! Does Nahida's dendro dmg bonus(from her goblet or from a weapon's passive) affect the dmg her c6 does?
I think the best team for Nahida on-field spread is a double dendro double electro team, you can put deepwood on the other dendro character, you have the EM buff from dendro resonance, you have no other element to potentially react away your quicken aura, and therefore you have consistent spread/aggravate dmg without micro-managing, this also maximize the team dmg. However, Nahida on-field kinda requires a shielder or healer, cause she runs too slowly and often gets tossed around and take dmg. Beidou, Kuki and Dori are good option, but none of them are the best in their field of practice. Hopefully we get a better electro shielder/healer or a good dendro shielder/healer.
I got her 5⭐ weapon in 20 pulls!!! (I usually just pull until I get 2 4⭐ weapons, so I can get some repeat ones for refine them)

I run deep woods on xinqiu. He only applies hydro for creating bloom cores anyway. He can apply hydro with his skill and burst both can also decrease dendro res. His ult runs a long time. So he is a perfect candidate for 4pc deepwood memories. I got decent 4pc artifact set which gives a decent crit ratio to xinqiu
His personal damage will greatly lower though compared to emblem set.
@@constabrielbell4523 with my artifact set he hits 18-20k per skill and his ults water sword hits for 6k
I appreciate your weapon spreadsheet. Personally I solely look at the 0 stacks line. I really don't understand how people would expect widsith to be up enough to justify it. Sure, if you want big numbers for a showcase you can go for it, but I just don't think it is consistent enough for me. For on-field, sure you won't get the lost prayer buff but the zero stacks is decently better than all the other 0 stacks unless you get the floating dreams.
Nilou, Nahida, Yelan and Kokomi tore the Abyss to pieces, they are the main factor I got my first 36 star run.
i prefer calling it overburn to burningload, sounds a bit cooler imo :D

Did he cover the substats for nahida artifacts? I dont see him talking about it in the offfield section but his spreadsheet showed EM/EM/EM for deepwood
