I watched it last night and enjoyed it, giving this 3.75 stars and deserve to have a SEQUEL. I appreciate Luke and Alexa more on this movie. Congrats #LukeMacfarlane and #AlexaPenaVega
I subscribe to Hallmark and actually ignored this one! Was I ever wrong! It is one of their best. Unique storyline, settings and a deep dive into the plan B of life with a bit of romance. The leads perform very well with real chemistry. When ever I see young people work to perform a show, I get choked up like a total fool. Hurry and do not wait to see "Taking a Shot at Love."
I know she's playing a character, but alexa sounds white, and looks white, that is not her voice. all these movies are the same and the same high pitch voice smh. She could've played her ethnicity but whatever, maybe she does i still need to watch it. there's nothing wrong that she's white or whatever, I just wish there's more diversity and also more realistic, no one talks like that in real life a high pitch voice, some fake talk like that, get someone from the ghetto, or valley, not suburban, something more real I'm still gonna watch cuz like her movies
🏒 Watching this movie right now on the Hallmark drama channel, it's awesome that's for sure. Also I like to see Hallmark do like a little too disc dvd box set. Here's what I mean, they could take a taking a shot at love and They also can take love on the sidelines. Put both of these movies together and like a little dvd gift box or something. One movie is based on a football player and the other is based on the hockey player. Both are kind of like a sports movie so why wouldn't Hallmark do it. They do it to other movies so why not these two.
