- Join me on this 7 day journey of eating whole food plant based without any sugar, oil, or salt. I exclusively ate a short list of foods such as dark leafy greens and berries. After 10 months of ultra processed vegan food, lots of sugar, and feeling unwell, I knew I needed to take action. This week was about resetting my tastebuds and mindset so that I could get back on track to eating a whole food plant based diet where I know my body thrives.

You should consider doing organic coffee enemas during detoxing as it will help your liver and stop reabsorption of the toxins that your body is releasing during detox and fasting. It's a game changer. I'll know whenI need to do it as I get a headache and slight nausea After the enema you have an enormous boost of energy and start to immediately feeling better.
Or you could go through life with the knowledge that you never stuck anything in your butt and be happy with that.

Thanks!! I had a BM 💩 on average every other day sometimes every day but I think it’s because I wasn’t really eating enough volume to actually 💩 on the days I didn’t

Starving your body of nutrients like sodium and sugar is never good for you. The body is a delicate balance of nutrients and ESPECIALLY electrolytes.. so something like this is never a good idea!! Electrolyte balance is super important for proper heart and muscle function.
Thank you for sharing your perspective. Just to clarify, I did this under the supervision of a medical doctor who essentially ‘prescribed’ the diet for a designated period of time - not to be maintained for forever. Additionally there is a disclaimer in the video that states that this is not me telling anyone else to follow this and that this is not medical advice. My body, my freedom to choose what I put in it :)
