I'll never get tired of people getting scared by Felix' voice😂 one of the most iconic lines in kpop
as a metalhead myself, i recommend Double Knot, District 9, Victory Song, Back Door, Red Lights, Domino (there is no mv, you may listen to the full track), Cheese, Slump (japanese ending for the anime "Tower of God), TOP (japanese opening for the same anime), Silent Cry, My Pace, Question, Miroh etc. there's so many different things out there and even if you're into harder stuff you may fall in love for their soft songs because their lyrics and delivery are so good you feel like you're listening to a hug.
So much to choose from they have such a variety- even captive songs on chans laptop.
Some old but gold songs too like mirror, my side, awaken, chronosaurus, 3rd eye. They’re like rock-ish I think…

The girls forming their pit crew are actually their Japanese labelmates, NiziU!
If I recall correctly, the three sets (the kitchen, the construction site and the race track) kinda represent three aspects of what they do; experimentation, creation and competition.
The "secret ingredient" line, I think is actually a reference to... Kung Fu Panda? But yeah, it's basically saying that _you_ have access to all the same tech, equipment etc. that _they_ do; there's no special privileged secret to what they do. The thing that makes their music special is _them._
In fact a good chunk of their music is put together on Chan's famous laptop; he downloads samples, adds his own musical je ne sais quoi (he plays several instruments himself), and splices it all together to create the instrumental tracks that form the core of almost all of Stray Kids' songs. He has so many, and I don't think they're often created with a specific purpose, but they serve as a springboard to their creative process. Many of those tracks can go unused for probably _years_ until they inspire something.
A good example of this is seen in their self-titled "survival" show, when their first task was to write their first ever song (as Stray Kids, anyway; Chan, Han and Changbin had already written several as 3RACHA - you're gonna need to explore _them_ at some point). Chan just pulled out his laptop and was like "here's a bunch of tracks I've put together, let's have a listen and brainstorm". Wow you are one of the rare reactors who actually react to their lyrics! And hitting it right on the spots! God’s Menu is their coming-of-age song, if you will, but their earlier works have lyrics that are very deep. Lots of life lessons. Their new album NOEASY is more of clapback to their naysayers, but in a very very clever and witty way. One thing that is a definite promise is, if it is a SKZ song and the songs are made by 3RACHA (the producer unit of SKZ Bang Chan, Changbin and Han), the lyrics will be meaningful and definitely witty and creative.

thank you so much for reacting to stray kids gods menu. you were on the right metaphors for most of it. Stray kids is a self producing band. there is a rap sub unit within stray kids called 3Racha which consist of Bang Chan (leader chains on his face starts the pre chorus 3rd singer on video), Changbin 1st rapper & Han 2nd rapper. They write, compose, arrange and produce most all of stray kids songs. They love to experiment with music sometimes you can have several genres in one song so that is the metaphor for the scientist, the construction is them creating and building their music and the race car if you notice is a stray kids race car racing ahead to win the race. metaphor for them being on top of the industry basically. Felix can sing and talk as deep as the ocean but he also a duality to his voice where he can sing and talk in higher pitch. His normal speaking voice is deep but not as deep as he can get. All of stray kids can sing, rap and dance. Love to see your reaction to Thunderous m/v and I also for some reason think you will like one of their older songs Grrrr m/v. They have so much discography for only debut in 2018.

Check out Stray Kids performance in Kingdom. It’s a mashup song of BlackPink’s Du Ddu Du Ddu and God’s menu. I swear you’ll blown away as that’s a live variety show and they were able to showcase their awesome talents. It’s a homage for BlackPink as well. ☺️

Okay since I know you reacted to Dreamcatcher and SKZ and like both, I would like to rec Dreamcatcher's "cousin" group (they don't share a company, but share producers!) and SKZ's BFFs, Ateez. And I'd actually rec two older tracks to more align with your musical preferences - Hala Hala and Wonderland. Deja Vu (Ateez's one... but Dreamcatcher also has a title track called Deja Vu) is worth a listen, and omg will you have FUN with Thanxx's lyrics.

Cause I know someone will comment this on your first reaction (if able to do it, no worries really) - the MV for Hala Hala is the second part (Ateez usually has 2 title tracks per comeback) that follows Say My Name. Their story universe is... complex to say the least and their lyrics are instrumental in telling that story. You'll see a lot of references to pirates, treasure, and water. But for Hala Hala, you need to see a live stage of it to really feel the intensity. You'll see why there's a fandom-wide joke that Ateez are actually demons let loose - it's also not unusual to hear a little *tink* at the end since one member is almost guaranteed to break a mic on the song. You do not have to react to a live (and in general I do not recommend reacting to a live since they usually get taken down) but you need to see it performed as intended on stage. (I would also rec finding the most recent stage of Say My Name/Hala Hala (yes it's a mashup) from 2wilight concert - they've had a couple of years to really come into themselves and perfect and tweak things. But the live stages from when it was being promoted are still very good and still very intense.)
And more Dreamcatcher when you can thank you! You don't have to react to everything that's suggested by anyone including myself, and please prioritize yourself and your health over reactions. If you want to just watch them for yourself, those are the songs that I think you'll enjoy the most since they're the heaviest tracks of theirs.

Stray Kids produce and make all of their music themselves and till now they tried a bit more than 32 genres of music such as edm, ballad, electro etc. so this song is a reference to that, that they construct their own music and experiment a lot of genres

ps: the deep voice guy is Felix ad he's australian he has the deepest voice when rapping but surprisingly the softest voice when singing (all Stray Kids members can sing, rap and dance btw there are no fixed positions anymore they all can do everything)

I recommend listening to "Red Lights" it's a song from Hyunjin and Bangchan and it's amazing. Also I really love the reactions. It's funny how every person who hears Felix's deep voice for the first time is shocked/scared.

I really enjoyed your analysis of this! And it's true that these boys write, compose, and produce most of their music. They're so talented and definitely unique.
Idk if you have but you should check out Got7 they previously used to be under JYPE but left all together this year. So they were big brothers of Twice and Stray Kids. Got7 is still together as a group just focused on solo activities and they are under appreciated when it comes to their talent.
They debuted in 2014 so they debuted around the same time as Mamamoo, BTS and ect.

I think you'd enjoy (G)I-Dle's "Oh my god" with it's lightness/darkness, sin theme. Also TXT's recent song Frost, pretty damn good. And if you ever want to dabble into 1st Gen Kpop, they used to have pretty intense concepts with rock/classical/pop all mixed into one. H.O.T's Iyah, I definitely recommend, LOT's of heavy guitar in there.

For me it's the the places where the music video takes place, a kitchen, a construction site , a laboratory- all these places are used to create something so it sort of shows that stray kids are creators of their own art and the racing track might mean that they run their own show or this is their track where they run and win . To be honest, you have one of the best and unique reaction that i have seen..I saw this video a hundred times, but weird enough..it was like seeing it for the first time. I don t really know the psychology behind watching reaction videos, nonetheless, there are a lot of them and yours seems the kind to remember. Glad , like always, to see Stray Kids, they deserve the recognition.
I really appreciate it, I'm glad I managed to stand out a bit with my style of reaction videos, I try to keep it balanced between the fun reactions where I just watch a video and react and then videos like these, where I try to look into the lyrics and find "the meaning" of it. There are times when i really just want to see a funny , visually oriented reaction and times ( like now ) when i got to see more of the deep side of the video and feel that people really admire more than meets the eye. Lmbo. I will never tire of watching people’s reaction to Felix’s deep voice-it was a reaction video to his voice that ended up being the earwig I couldn’t possibly ignore (despite kicking and screaming against stanning any more groups) and led to my becoming a BabyStay.

Stray Kids are phenomenal, they belong under JYP to really appreciate them go back to District 9 its a power packed track, a lot of their stuff is rap based, Felix deep voice guy also has a high setting as well. They write and produce their own stuff. I love these guys and they get over looked because BTS is so huge.

Armystay here but bts isn't "why" they got overlooked (that makes no sense lol). But they were a smaller group in the beginning so of course they weren't in the public view as much in some people's eyes. Only people who actually look for new groups to listen to come across them but nowadays (and even a year ago) they're popular in their own right. Since they're so good they quite quickly become known to people too so its kinda a disrespect to them almost to say they get overlooked 😅cause no they don't lmao

Lol at his reaction to FELIX’s super deep voice. Im sorry for my bluntness here, I am not trying to put him down I’m sure he’s good person but I have seen what average metalheads look like on top of used to listen to heavy metal back in my preteen years before I got into K-Pop in high school; he looks more like a wannabe metalhead. Maybe if he starts wearing contacts I might take him more seriously.
You are entitled to your opinion, a lot of people tell me that I don't strike them as someone who listens to heavy music, there is nothing that I can do about it. If you want to call me out on it based strickly on my looks and how I carry myself, we'll, that's your choice.

That’s why you never judge on appearances. I’m a 35 year old teacher/mom that probably looks like your average mom. And I love heavy metal (and kpop like this, hip hop, and I mean the harder stuff is what I like the most and I feel like most people probably wouldn’t expect that at all when they look at me). Btw channel dude (sorry I can’t see your name right now and first time on your channel) after you’re done reacting to stray kids who are the best by the way, also react to scarlxrd (let the world burn, apocalypse, etc) and body count (bum rush in particular).
