Ahhh this is so timely. It's crazy how much I can relate to Sophie's videos recently. It's been rocky for me as well the past few weeks. Sooo many things going on, it seems like a lot of people are going through it as well. What is happening? lol. It's just comforting to know I'm not going through this journey alone. Hi! Weird question if you ever have time for it - as a woman who works out frequently, how do you balance cleaning your hair + not over washing it?
Hey! I’m probably the worst person to ask because I wash my hair everyday…😓
Girl nooo just wash it with water, unless you are doing veeeery heavy hours long workouts, but even then only water should be fine, and every 2 water washes i would do shampoo :)
I use dry shampoo and just take body showers. I wash my hair twice a week. As somebody with dyed hair I can’t overwash my hair otherwise I’d be toning my hair every 2 weeks. So this is the best method for myself!
Braid your hair, put your hair in a ponytail and then braid it, put your hair in a bun. Wear a beanie. You will find creative ways to not wash your hair LOLLL. I used to wash my hair once a week.
Ditto washing with just water - cold water is better if you have coloured hair. I was genuinely surprised at how effective it is to wash your hair with just water between your normal shampoo washes, I’ve even been washing with just water instead of using dry shampoo as it’s so much better and doesn’t leave your hair feeling dirty
