hafu needs to ask a doc about her weakness in her hands at night, not twitch chat. there are a plethora of conditions that can cause that symptom
The not being able to make a fist at night can be a sign of arthritis, possibly due to an autoimmune disorder. Might want to get that checked out hafu @dogdog

Hafu should go to an orthopedic doctor and have her spine checked. When I had surgery to fix a broken vertebrae (that I didn't know was broken), they were constantly testing the strength of my grip and the control of my hands and arms. To me it sounds like the problem is caused by lying down, if it only happens at night and in the morning.

I hate hidden body. I had one that was play 4 pirates or dragons and I went infinite super early but that animation BS griefed my scaling. Ill never pick that quest again.

When you sleep your core temp drops. Your joints stiffen. Most people bounce back fast. A lot of things can delay that. Insomnia, dehydration, nutrient imbalances.... I don't know if anemia can specifically, but it makes sense.
Regardless - She should see a doctor if she hasn't, but throwing out extreme guesses like MS with very minimal information is alarmist as hell.
As a person who has MS, it can have almost anything as a symptom, so its better to see a doctor from time to time
