The one that says mulching on it does an excellent job and on small twigs. It last forever but it’s expensive. It says you don’t need to change the oil but I changed mine every 2 years. Only owner.
PS: Ace Hardware has it cheaper than the big box “Home D” this week. Mine just now slowing down after 18 years(regular self-propelled).

My female neighbor bought the same mower and was doing a horrible job of mulching I got tired of watching her go over it 2 and 3 times so I got her a a true mulching blade.
It's a Rotary 21" part # 13260 from Amazon cuts much better. Hope this helps. 👍
