    Your explanations are Excellent! I have been looking for tutorials like these for a long time.
    However, the video didn’t explain things like PGA, missed some part of video which explains what is a common request queue, where the queue information is stored, and whether the response queue is created for each user or each dispatcher (video and audio mismatch) etc. Am i missing something here?
    Are these part of a paid course that is not completely uploaded? If yes, please let me know. I would love to buy it.

      HI Rajeev,
      These videos are free its not part of any paid package. The request queue is common for all dispatchers, so that any shared server can pick up any request and process it... but the response queue is specific to every Dispatcher so that each dispatcher gets only the response for all its requests so that the dispatcher need not scan through response queues to find their responses.
