- Do you have leftover Mochi? This is a traditional Japanese way of making Okaki (rice crackers) that you can make at home. Since I had extra New Year's dishes, I made snacks from them and enjoyed them without food loss.

One day, I hope to see Suton being a mother to a daughter like her at the same age watching these videos with Kimono Mom & dad. It will be great to see how they all react to how Suton is at this age. That might be a long time from now, but, I'm hoping all these old videos of these days are preserved for the family all to enjoy and relive how great Kimono Mom, Dad and Suton are.

Okaki is very similar to an arab treat that we have in Palestine and other Laventin countries called Aawame. we usually eat it in Ramadan and it's super delicious.

Yes you can make with fresh mochi! But it's easier to fry the hard ones than the soft ones because it takes less time! And I think spraying UMAMI SAUCE would make it taste even better!😆❤🔥

Yes please try the gelatin with hot water..the gelatin needs to bloom to work. So it'll not happen with normal temperature water.

Yes i think you need to dissolve the gelatin in hot water, stir well with the mixture and heat a little bit the pudding before storing in the fridge. That looks delish
