I'm only half joking when I say that if taking a shot of some spit from a person actually gave you their personality I would take it after watching this video. Seeing someone walk around and enjoy a beautiful city who was authentically kind, humble enough to say when he did not know what something was and interact with locals who look like people I would hang out with in the sweetest nicest way was so awesome. Possible only with local guy who knows the language. Otherwise you are getting menu with different prices when they see you are foreigner.. I'm still in Istanbul first visit and couple of times I've seen it and experience it..
