Just found your channel today. Hauled cattle back in the late 90's early 2000's.And your right, this job ain't for everybody. I could deal with all the crap on the inside of the trailer.... But one day that I forgot the golden rule. Don't stand close to the trailer for too long. Needless to say one cow had a blowout and seems like his ass was right on the hole in the trailer... Shit all over me. I was in PA late night clock running out so no showers. AND THAT WAS MY LAST WEEK!!!! 😂😂😂

There are probably some farmers that would be glad to get the manure washed out in a field somewhere. It is just finding them and be able to wash it out. If you park on a hill, does it run out?

I just found your channel two weeks ago and I like it it along. Can you talk about what all you go through driving with a load that is constantly shifting especially in the winter in snow and ice. And yes I use to drive a semi pulling a stepdeck and skateboard.

Taking care of your equipment goes a long way. Picking the rocks out gave me a few ideas too. Hope you feel better soon. Can't wait for the next one. Take care, drive safe.

Thank you I wondered where you kept all your winter boards. And do you ever haul 🐑? I've seen you haul calves and adult cows and pigs. What else do you haul. And how often is it mandatory that you have a wash out. I've seen you do it sometimes after each load. And very few times you don't. And do you have to go through the ag stations in California and Florida and what do they do to you, if anything special.

The difference between a novice and someone who really cares about his equipment. In my day I would notice some drivers taking the time to remove rocks from their tire treads. I always thought it was about the tires throwing the rocks, but to hear your explanation about the science also involved in enlightening. The old saying remains true, take care of your equipment and your equipment will take care of you, that includes your body. Do it now or pay later. I am looking forward to your next video.

Since you were talking about the cows weights. What happens when your over 80,000 lbs? Do have to unload couple of them. Does your spread axle help vs having more axles or having tandem axles?

These were 50% genetic wagyu. Higher grade wagyu are required to have clean trailers and sawdust bedding put down

@@VaughnDallasVance I only stated what I did is because the hauling company was associated with had firm rules (for owner operators too) . If you didn't have time, you had to at least scrape what you could and spray antibacterial to prevent possible problems with illness from being brought in
