香滑蒸鸡翅 Steamed Chicken Wings

Easy Chinese style Steamed Chicken Wings for family dinner.
Recipe for 4 pax
Ingredients:
Ginger 姜片 - 3 slices
Chicken wings 鸡翅 - 400g
Salt 盐 - ¼ tsp
Sugar 糖 - ½ tsp
Oyster sauce 蚝油 - 1 tbsp
Green onion white portion 白葱段
Soy sauce 生抽 - 1 tbsp
Corn flour 玉米粉 - 2 tsp
Cordyceps flower 虫草花 - 8g
Green onions - 1 stalk
Cooking oil 油 - 1 tbsp

Dried Shiitake mushrooms but need to soak it for 2 hours until soft then cut into strips.
