How can I get my settings to toggle down past the first two settings of picture and sound? One tv allows it and the other does not. Not sure what happened to make it do that. 3:07 screen in the video. Yours goes to all the settings...mine stops after the first two.

In some models certain options are not supported.It depends on the country.I haved similar problem in past on older tv's. And maybe it's something else entirely. I'm sorry I can't help you.

I didn't adjust anything about the image.
everything was up to standard settings and it was good.
I don't own the TV, it was given to me for review, and it was returned.
If anyone uses the same tv and sees this comment i hope they can help you.

Only tv with android uses google app.This tv does not have an android system so you are limited to what is offered to you there.

TV sam kupio sam ga za prijatelja.On kaze da je zadovoljan. Kvalitet slike i tona je odlican. Sto se tice upscaling-a sasvim dobro po meni. Obicne tv kanale nisam licno probao.

@@jelenar8287 Mislim da nije moguce jer nije u pitanju android.Sto se tice oznake: 55(inchi),GDU(Grundig,UHD LED),7500(Serija,godina proizvodnje i dizajn),B(Black/Crna) sto bi znacilo da je W(White/Bela).
