I think you can easily move to Netherlands without any further upgradation in your work permit, you might need Job offer from netherlands, bank account , which will ease your movement there.

In that case you have to provide cover letter , a proof which indicates that you are financial capable , a strong documents which proves your roots in India and 100% chances of coming back to India. Prepare thoroughly on reasons / purpose of visit, Reason of unemployment or not working. Your property documents and proper documents related to the tour.

It means that you application is received at their end to process further. Because once visa file is sent to embassy by VFS you directly get your passport with or without visa.
Yes, itinerary includes details of flight tickets to and fro and where would you be staying . Also cover letter or any document which clearly states your purpose to visit.

Back date ke liye aapko kisi CA se consult karna padega, there will be penalties. Nil ITR bhi dikha sakte hai Wese aap.

If you have approved job contract or residence permit. Work visa should not be a problem.

This is too much. In June I paid 6500 plus VFS premium lounge charge in total 10000. Are you applying on your own or via mediator.
