Great video and well explained. A couple of questions is there a reason that they went for pink batts over terra luna wool blend insolation. Also did they chose a fire place over a central heating system with a boiler and radatiors
Hav you got a video on those pods under slab? I’m in west aus and havnt seen them before. I’m assuming it’s for insulation purposes?
How much do these houses cost?
A build like this would be 700 - 800k, current Wellington, NZ prices,
